Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kevalidan pengembangan tes untuk mengukur kemampuan relasional. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh soal tes yang biasa diberikan oleh guru belum memuat perhitungan secara prosedural, dan masih kurang bervariasi. Dengan pemahaman relasional siswa mampu menerapkan rumus secara bermakna dan disertai alasan, mengkaitkan satu idea dengan idea lain, dan membuktikan kebenaran suatu rumus. Jenis penelitian pengembangan (Research and Development) dengan mengadopsi prosedur pengembangan 4-D. Penelitian dilakukan tiga tahap yaitu: Define, Design, dan Develop. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar validasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII F, VIII H, dan VIII I SMP Negeri 1 Kepahiang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tes yang dikembangkan dikategorikan valid serta tes dapat digunakan. Kata Kunci: kemampuan pemahaman relasional, penelitian pengembangan, persamaan kuadrat
The Purpose of this study is to determine the achievement and improvement of students' mathematical connectionability through using outdoor mathematics learning. 64 students from the fifth grade of Primary School at SDN 65 and SDN 67 Bengkulu City were taken as the sample of this study. While the method of the research used in this research is experiment with quasi-experimental designs nonequivalent control group. The results of the study are as follows: (1) There is an increasing ability found in mathematical connection of students whom taught by using outdoors mathematics learning is 0,53; (2) Based on statical computation that achievement of students' ability of mathematical connection is taught by using outdoor mathematics learning score is 71,25. It is higher than the students score 66,25 which were taught by using the conventional learning. So as to improve students' mathematical connection, teachers are suggested to use the outdoors mathematics learning. AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menentukan pencapaian dan peningkatan kemampuan koneksi matematika siswa melalui pembelajaran matematika di luar ruangan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 64 orang siswa yang berasal dari kelas lima sekolah dasar pada SDN 65 dan SDN 67 Kota Bengkulu. Metode yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan desain kuasi-eksperimental nonquivalen kelompok kontrol. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut: (1) terdapat peningkatan kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa yang belajar di luar ruangan, dengan peningkatan sebesar 0.53.(2) pencapaian kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa yang belajar di luar ruangan (71.25) lebih tinggi daripada siswa yang belajar dengan cara convensional (66.25). Sehingga untuk meningkatkan kemampuan koneksi matematis siswa, hendaknya guru dapat melakukan pembelajaran matematika di luar ruangan. This research aimed to know The Influence of Classical Music to Activity and Learning Mhatematic Achievement for Student's Grade VII in SMPN 2 Bengkulu City. This is a quasi-experimental research which use pree-test and post-test design. The population in this research is the student's grade VII in SMPN 2 Bengkulu City. There are 276 respondents. The sampling technique that is used is purposive sampling. This research is got 34 respondents for every class. The data analysis that is used is t-test. To activity, the result of the study shows that the score of activity with an avarage is in interval 3,4 < ≤ 4,2 with criteria is good. And to learning Achievment, the result of the study shows that the score of t-end = 0.1012 < t-table = 1.99656. From the result of study above we can conclude that there is an influence on classical music to ativity for student's grade VII in SMPN 2 Bengkulu City and there is no an influence on classical music to learning mhatematic achievement for student's grade VII in SMPN 2 Bengkulu City.
AbstrakTujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah hasil belajar matematika siswa menggunakan model role playing lebih dari hasil belajar matematika siswa menggunakan pembelajaran ekspositori di SMPN 21 Kota Bengkulu pada pokok bahasan aritmetika sosial. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasi Experiment (Eksperimen semu) dengan desain penelitian yaitu The Nonequivalent Posttest-only Control Group Design. Instrumen dalam penelitian ini adalah tes hasil belajar berupa tes akhir (posttest) yang berbentuk tes essay. Analisis uji hipotesis menggunakan uji-t untuk sampel independen, diperoleh bahwa dan , maka yang berarti diterima. Hal ini didukung oleh perhitungan melalui SPSS versi 23 yang menunjukkan bahwa nilai Sig. (2-tailed) = 0,159 dengan taraf signifikan ( ) = 0,05, sehingga Sig. (2-tailed) > ( ). Hasil penelitian ini adalah hasil belajar matematika siswa menggunakan model role playing sama dengan hasil belajar siswa menggunakan pembelajaran ekspositori di SMP Negeri 21 Kota BengkuluKata Kunci: hasil belajar matematika, model role playing, pembelajaran ekspositori.
