This study aims to describe the character, compensation of teaching experience and teacher professionalism. The study also focuses to analyze the influence of compensation and teaching experience that has a dominant influence on teacher professionalism in the Kepulauan Tanimbar District. The number of samples in this study were 98 teachers. Data analysis techniques used multiple regression analysis, F-test and t-test. Based on the results of the analysis shows that the character, compensation and teaching experience simultaneously have a significant effect on teacher professionalism. The character, compensation and teaching experience partially have a significant effect on teacher professionalism. Teaching experience has a dominant influence on teacher professionalism.
This research analyzes the influence of the various dimensions of quality on the company performance. The source of data research are 75 companies composed of 46 major companies and 29 medium companies. The data collected through middle managers and top managers of major and medium companies in Malang, East Java. The results showed that the dimension of quality (customer satisfaction, employee satisfaction and employee service quality) effect significantly to organizational performance at both the major companies and medium companies. The service quality of employee has a dominant effect to the performance of the company.
This study had the following purposes: (1) to analyze, (2) to describe SWOT, and (3) to formulate the appropriate SWOT's implementation strategy of educational management at Integrated Vocational School Turen, Malang. The method used in this study was so-called mixed method or a combined method of quantitative-qualitative research. The sample used five (5) people as key informants. The analysis technique utilized was the SWOT analysis. The results of the study showed that there were four obtained strategies' formulas, namely as: SO (strength-opportunity strategy), WO (weaknesses-opportunity strategy), ST (strength-threat strategy), and WT (weaknesses threats strategy). Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the appropriate implementation strategy in the educational management in Vocational Schools was "aggressive strategy". This signified that the educational institution should support an aggressive growth policy (Growth oriented strategy) with a strength-opportunity strategy approach.
This reaserch was done to know about the Strategy headmaster MAN Gunung Padang Panjang increasing value of accreditation.This study uses a qualitative method using a case study perspective deskriptif. Teknik data collection in the form of observation, interviews and documentation study.The results of this study, 1). Strategy headmaster in improving the value of accreditation: a) Establish a madrasah accreditation team. b) Uniting the whole perception of madrasah stakeholder to increase the value of accreditation. c) develop a vision and mission and strategic plan of the madrasah. d) Inviting community leaders actively promote madrasah.e). Every effort to improve education standard eight 2). Barriers faced by the headmaster is: a) The attitude of teachers varies proactive in achieving the implementation of the vision and mission of the madrasas., B). Professionalism of teachers who have not honed well. c). There are still teachers who like comfortable or just come madrasah when teaching hours. d). There is still a teacher less concerned about the activities of the madrasas, facilities and infrastructure is not yet complete. 3). Implementation of the strategy undertaken headmaster: a) Make a commitment with educators and stakeholders to advance the institution, b) Develop EDS, c) vision and mission madrasah, d) .make strategic plan, e) Establish Accreditation Team, f) empower school committee,and g) to collaborate with relevant agencies.
This study discusses the form of the mantra in the ritual speech of the Ngalap Spirit of the Tidung Tribe in Sebuku. Mantra is a word or speech that contains wisdom and supernatural powers. The power of the spell is thought to be able to heal or bring harm. This research is focused on analyzing the form of the mantra in the speech of the Ngalap Spirit Ritual of the Tidung tribe as one of the oral literatures that needs to be developed and preserved because it contains high literary values. The research was conducted with the aim of describing the form of the mantra and the ritual tradition of ngalap the spirit of the Tidung tribe in Sebuku. The method used in this research is a field research method with a qualitative approach that is described descriptively. Data collection techniques used in this study were interview techniques, note-taking techniques and recording techniques. The data analysis technique used is a qualitative descriptive analysis technique. The results of the research obtained are (1) the form of the mantra: a. The form of the line in the first mantra consists of 5 lines, each line contains 2-6 words and consists of 3-10 syllables; b. The form of the first mantra stanza, that is, each stanza consists of 5 lines and contains 2-6 words; c. The choice of words used in the traditional mantra ngalap, the spirit of the Tidung tribe does not only use the Tidung language but also uses the Indonesian language. It's just that the Tidung language is more dominant in its use in the traditional speech of ngalap, the spirit of the Tidung tribe.
