This study examines the effect of leadership style, work motivation, and organizational culture on job satisfaction and employee performance. And then, to examine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance and to examine the effect of leadership style, work motivation, and organizational culture on employee performance is mediated by job satisfaction at the Regional Secretariat Office of Regency / City in South Sulawesi. In this study, questionnaires were distributed and documented collection, using descriptive statistical analysis methods, SEM analysis of Amos. The results of this study found that leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational culture has no positive and significant effect on job satisfaction. Leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has no positive and significant effect on employee performance; job satisfaction positively and significantly affects employee performance. Job satisfaction can mediate the influence of leadership style on employee performance. Employee job satisfaction can mediate the effect of work motivation on employee performance. Job satisfaction cannot mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance.
Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kota Makasar bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh, investasi dan Inflasi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Kota Makassar selama kurun waktu 2008-2017. Penelitian ini menggunakan data time series tahun 2008-2017 dan menggunakan analisa regresi linier berganda. Pertumbuhan ekonomi menjadi masalah krusial dan strategis di dalam perencanaan pembangunan daerah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Investasi berpengaruh namun tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan Ekonomi, hal ini disebabkan bahwa investasi yang ada di kota Makassar lebih banyak pada Invetasi yang sifatnya konsumtif sehingga efek multipliernya terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi sangat kecil. (2) Inflasi berpengaruh namun tidak signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan: (1) menganalisa pola pertumbuhan ekonomi dan pengklasifikasian kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan; (2) menganalisa tingkat ketimpangan ekonomi antar kabupaten/kota di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan; (3) menguji Hipotesis Kuznets di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder, yaitu melalukan studi kepustakaan dari publikasi data-data statistik oleh Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan sumber-sumber pustaka lain yang memiliki relevansi dengan topik penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa selama periode 2015–2019: (1) perekonomian Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan mengalami pertumbuhan yang fluktuatif, tapi lebih tinggi dari pada pertumbuhan ekonomi nasional; (2) Berdasarkan Tipologi Klassen, Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan hanya terdiri atas empat tipologi wilayah yaitu Daerah Cepat–Maju dan Cepat–Tumbuh, Daerah Maju Tapi Tertekan, Daerah Berkembang Cepat; dan Daerah Relatif Tertinggal; (3) Hipotesis U Terbalik Kuznet tidak berlaku di Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan di mana hubungan antara angka indeks Williamson dan indeks Entropi Theil tidak menunjukkan kurva U Terbalik. This research was conducted with the objectives of: (1) analyzing patterns of economic growth and classification of districts / cities in South Sulawesi Province; (2) analyzing the level of economic inequality between districts / cities in South Sulawesi Province; (3) testing the Kuznets Hypothesis in South Sulawesi Province. This research uses secondary data, namely through literature studies from the publication of statistical data by the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) and other literature sources that are relevant to the research topic. The results of this study indicate that during the 2015–2019 period: (1) the economy of South Sulawesi Province experienced fluctuating growth, but higher than the national economic growth; (2) Based on Klassen's typology, South Sulawesi Province only consists of four regional typologies, namely Fast-Forward and Fast-Growing Areas, Advanced But Depressed Areas, Fast Developing Areas; and Relatively Disadvantaged Areas; (3) Kuznet's Inverted U hypothesis does not apply in South Sulawesi Province where the relationship between Williamson index and Theil's Entropy index does not show an Inverted U curve.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan: (1) Untuk Mengetahui dan Menganalisis Pengaruh Kejelasan Peran Terhadap Kinerja ASN Bidang Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. (2) Untuk Mengetahui dan Menganalisis Pengaruh Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja ASN Bidang Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analisis deskriptif dan analisis Regresi Linier Berganda, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi linier berganda, maka Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1). Kejelasan Peran berpengaruh positif dan Signifikan Terhadap Kinerja ASN Bidang Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. (2) Motivasi Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan Terhadap Kinerja ASN Bidang Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah Provinsi Sulawesi Selatan. This research was conducted with the aim of: (1) To identify and analyze the effect of role clarity on the performance of civil servants in the field of regional property management in South Sulawesi Province. (2) To determine and analyze the effect of work motivation on the performance of civil servants in the field of regional property management in South Sulawesi Province. The research method used in this research is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis, with a sample size of 50 respondents. Based on the results of multiple linear regression analysis, the results show that (1). Role clarity has a positive and significant effect on the performance of ASN in the field of regional property management in South Sulawesi province. (2) Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of ASN in the field of Regional Property Management in South Sulawesi Province.
ABSTRACT Objective: The purpose of this paper is to examine the extent to which the role of government in empowering marginal/poor communities through various empowerment programs. To examine and explain the extent to which the benefits of programs to empower the poor society in reducing poverty. To examine and explain the Poverty Reduction Model that is more in line with the local wisdom of the people of South Sulawesi especially in the community in Kabupaten Gowa. It is intended to find a model that fits the needs and conditions of the poor communities in South Sulawesi, especially in Gowa so that it can be applied to poverty alleviation efforts in the future. Methodology: An interview and observation were done to 20 people from the poor community, government, community leaders, and practitioners in Gowa regency. Descriptive and reflective sections were used to analyze the data and examining the poverty alleviation model through the empowerment of socio-economic institutions in South Sulawesi in Gowa regency. Result: With the method of synergizing between Social Institution and Economic Institution, the researcher found that society can develop itself creatively and productively, so gradually Poverty will decrease as expected. Implication: Based on survey results, observations and interviews on the subject in this study, it can be concluded several things: That poverty experienced by the people of Gowa Regency is cultural and structural poverty so that people naturally experience poverty without realizing it as a problem in their lives living as they are with the non-poor community. Poverty is seen as something destiny and need not be too much of a problem, but they live their lives as they are. To empower the poor community, it is necessary to select the right strategy for the needs of the community in moving the local wisdom of the community to be able to help them out of the hardships of life. An ideal empowerment strategy is Strategy with the model of learning in addressing the problems faced in the life of the community.
