Women are often faced with considerations including the choice of mobility with or without commuting, which is inseparable from the role of social in the neighborhood. This study aims to analyze the probability of women workers commuting in Indonesia through social capital and accessibility from the neighborhood to the labor market. The logit model and marginal effect were applied in this research, using the 2018 microdata obtained from Indonesia National Labor Force Survey (Sakernas) and Indonesian Village Potential (Podes). These data are combined based on residence similarity at the district level of each individual. The results showed that trust and solidarity increase, the probability of women workers commuting declines by 3.9%. The group and networks level increases through women groups in the residential neighborhood area cause commuting probability to decline of 14.3% on women workers. The variable of facilities will increase with a rise in women workers' commuting probability by 2.5%. These results were controlled by sectoral variables, work, income, education, age, and marital status of women workers in Indonesia. The findings in this study explain the social aspect in the social capital approach originating from the residential neighborhood causes a decreased probability of that decision. The indicates that the social ties of traditional society are still attached to women workers in Indonesia. However, the accessibility in this article is that public transportation gives a positive probability to the decision to commute to women workers in Indonesia.
Woman worker has to get more attention in the formal sector of their role, beside of informal sector. Because of the women role has sufficient potentially toward the labor market. The number of commuter woman workers are getting increased in the formal sector. This is also influenced by the owner of the business to be trusted on the productivity of commuter woman workers. The urban sector of economic offers more formal sector especially service sector. Woman workers regarded more proper to be in the formal sector that concerning to woman character for the reason of helping family economically, the concept of gender encourages woman workers to tend to have the spirit for doing work better. The effect of modernization has become one of mobilizing to women in the rural area to an urban area even behavior or transportation. Conformity of woman characteristic informal sector encourages the productivity of workers in the service sector.

Berbagai upaya banyak dilakukan oleh perusahaan dalam rangka memaksimalkan potensi sumber daya manusia yang dimiliki. Salah satu upaya yang dilakukan adalah dengan melakukan mutasi. Hal ini dilakukan sebagai upaya perputaran karyawan yang diharapkan akan menghasilkan karyawan memiliki prestasi kerja yang lebih baik lagi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan data kuantitatif yang telah diperoleh melalui data langsung dari perusahaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen yang digunakan yaitu mutasi mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variable dependen yakni prestasi kerja, dari uji korelasi nilai R menunjukkan nilai 0,711 hal ini berarti memperlihatkan bahwa terjadi hubungan yang kuat antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen prestasi kerja dan besarnya R² = 0,506 dimana 50,6% prestasi kerja pada salah satu BUMN di kota Medan pada bagian Marketing Operation Region dipengaruhi oleh variasi variabel mutasi dan 49,4% lagi dipengaruhi oleh variasi variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam model penelitian ini. Berdasarkan hasil analisis uji t dengan nilai t hitung > t tabel maka diperoleh variabel versatility transfer (3,530 > 2,059), H0 ditolak artinya secara parsial ada pengaruh signifikan antara variabel Versatility Transfer terhadap prestasi kerja karyawan. Dalam hal ini jenis mutasi versatility transfer yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan harus lebih diperhatikan. Hal ini akan memberikan dampak yang positif bagi prestasi kerja karyawan jika dalam pelaksanaannya dilakukan secara maksimal.
