We present a case of severe war wounds infected by Bacillus thuringiensis serotype H34 and describe the experimental protocol used to demonstrate its ability to infect mice after cutaneous inoculation. This case is interesting because B. thuringiensis is considered to be a contaminant in laboratories and receives inadequate attention.

We reported the case of a 76-year-old man followed up since 2008 for a prostatic adenocarcinoma with pelvic and retroperitoneal nodes. He was initially treated by hormonotherapy with a good biological response. Twelve years after, he demonstrated an increased PSA level up to 10.2 ng/mL. He underwent a 68Ga-PSMA PET/CT, which shown an intense uptake by a left iliac extern mass, suspected of recurrence. The histology concluded in a hibernoma.

Genomic analysis of 197 anaplastic oligodendroglioma tumors reveals recurrent somatic copy number variation areas that may help in understanding oncogenesis and target identification for precision medicine. A machine learning multivariable model built using this genomic information enables better survival prediction.

Cutaneous adenosquamous carcinoma is a mixed, squamous and glandular, rare malignant tumor of the skin characterized by a mixed, squamous, and glandular differentiation. Few cases of this tumor have been so far reported, and even fewer have been thoroughly studied by immunohistochemistry. We report here an exceptional case of cutaneous adenosquamous carcinoma which showed immunohistochemically features of intestinal differentiation, namely because of the expression of keratin 20 and CDX2, a marker of gastrointestinal tumors.
