Modern businesses throughout the world operate in a market characterized by constant changes. These changes are becoming more dynamic from year to year. It is the project-based approach that will allow one to solve problems and ensure high efficiency of project-oriented operations. The purpose of the study is a comparative analysis of the impact of the use of IT project management methodologies of Kanban and Scrum on a company's financial performance. The authors identify the essence of the agile methodology, its conceptual foundations, and explore the key aspects of its efficient implementation. The popularity of the practical application of the agile approach in various business areas is analyzed. The authors also choose the best methodology for a particular IT project for the optimization of such economic and financial indicators as project cost, profit from project implementation, and implementation time. The key differences between the most popular agile technologies are identified. The requirements for forming an agile team are examined considering the main issues during the implementation of agile management technologies. The primary stages in the implementation of an IT project using the Scrum methodologies are defined.
the article deals with issues related to the positioning of macroregions in the socio-economic complex of the country, expressed in their position in the system of territorial socio-economic groupings, economic zoning, the state and trends of current development indicators. The analysis of economic activity in various macro-regions of the country in 2017–2020 is carried out. It is concluded that the main attention in the strategic planning of economic and social development in the territory of the macroregion should be paid to the coordination of actions between interested economic entities and management structures at all levels
This work is aimed at determination of the most promising trends and measures of support for tourism in modern environment. The reasons are summarized, due to which the indicators of Russian tourism are significantly behind those of leading countries in the scope of tourism. The major measures of governmental support for domestic tourism in Russia and some countries are analyzed. The main bottlenecks of tourism industry in crisis environment are evaluated, the experience of support for tourism sector under current conditions is systemized. The practical importance of the work is in systematization and upgrading of theoretical approaches to analysis of possible trends of recovery and further development of tourism in the Russian Federation.
The purpose of this study is to characterize the environmental behavior of the population and attempt to identify its models, as well as develop directions and mechanisms for improving urban environmental policy based on levers of influence on existing patterns of behavior, considering the goals of sustainable development. To solve the objectives set in the study, general scientific methods were used: theoretical: analysis of peer-reviewed scientific sources on the research problem to clarify the features of the environmental behavior of the urban population and empirical: a survey method. It has been proven that the mechanisms of direct involvement of citizens in environmental actions and resource-saving practices are effective, since they become the beginning of a dialogue between the main stakeholders of the process: local and central authorities and public organizations of various orientations. Periodic studies of the environmental friendliness of the behavior of the city's population in the future will make it possible to assess the effectiveness of the city authorities and become the basis for future management decisions.
