This study analyzes the identified features of coping strategies and sexual behavior in women with infertility in the program of assisted reproductive technologies. Infertility treatment requires a certain response to stressful situations and all procedures of in vitro fertilization (IVF), as well as changes in behavior, the emotional sphere, and in family relations from both spouses. For some couples, the period of infertility treatment in an in vitro fertilization program is a stressful period, which can affect not only the emotional state, but sexual behavior as well. This article examines the influence of infertility diagnosis on the choice of women»s preferred coping strategies and changes in sexual behavior and sexual attitudes.
This study analyzes the identified features of affective disorders, as well as of family well-being and satisfaction with marriage in couples with recurrent pregnancy loss. Infertility treatment leads to increased anxiety and changes in the relationship of the spouses. With a negative experience of pregnancy loss in the past, there are changes in the couple’s behavior, emotional sphere, family relations, as well as in attitudes towards pregnancy in the process of expecting the birth of a child. This article analyzes the severity of the anxiety level in spouses with recurrent pregnancy loss in comparison with couples with a normal pregnancy. In addition, the dependence of the anxiety level on the level of satisfaction with marriage and the type of attitude to pregnancy on the part of both spouses is described.
The article is devoted to the study of the features of defensive coping behavior in hearing impaired adolescents with different levels of resilience. The relationship between defensive-coping behavior and the level of resilience is analyzed. It was revealed that hearing impaired adolescents with a low level of resilience are dominated by such forms of protective-coping behavior as: seeking social support, escape-avoidance, denial, regression, suppression, distancing; and for hard of hearing adolescents with a high level of resilience - planning for problem solving, intellectualization, projection, acceptance of responsibility and positive reappraisal.
The article gives an attempt at an interdisciplinary consideration of the process of interaction between a polygraph examiner and a person being examined within the framework of a special psychophysiological study using polygraph devices. This interaction is considered both from the point of view of the personal dispositions of the participants, and in the context of mathematical modeling of this interaction, using the developments of game theory.
The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of the experience of loneliness in young people with different types of accentuations. In this paper, the experience of loneliness is considered not only through the main components of this phenomenon (isolation, alienation, need for company, etc.), but also from the angle of the principle of casuality or the reasons why a person feels lonely. According to the data obtained as a result of our research, the need for psychocorrective work aimed at overcoming the feeling of loneliness and mastering the skills of coping with the state of loneliness in young people was justified.
