Considering the importance of the People Management area and that people are considered the most valuable asset for companies, this work aimed to contribute to this theme. The study aimed to map the main soft, hard and digital skills considered factors of professional success, internationally, in the corporate and academic environment. A Systematic Literature Review was carried out in 58 articles that address the topic, from which information was read and extracted for the study. As a result, it can be seen that the study of these skills is a topic that has been attracting interest internationally and that soft skills is considered the most important skill for professional success. Finally, it was concluded that skills are directly related to professional success, which consequently increase employability.
This study presents a Systematic Literature Review on an agile project management tool. The study offers a brief comparison between traditional and agile project management methodologies. Their respective concepts and characteristics are laid out to highlight and explain their main differences. The agile methods include quantitative and qualitative data, showing Scrum framework characteristics. This study highlights the importance of project management in function of its emergence as a response to problems encountered during improperly conducted projects. Furthermore, this study provides relevant information for professionals in the Industrial Engineering area and computer science. The results allowed us to conclude that Scrum is an agile framework for empirical-based project development; it was developed in the 1990s by Jeff Sutherland. It is a flexible and adaptable methodology. Scrum research peaked in 2020, and continues to be studied, mainly in the field of computer science. Finally, Brazil is well-positioned in third place for works published.
The Lean Office aims to improve the workflow and eliminate existing waste in administrative areas. In this sense, this project aims to understand the applicability of the Lean Office philosophy employed in the procurement process of a public body, answering the following question: which activities do not add value to bidding procedures? For this, action research is used as a research methodology, oriented toward solving the research problem, adopting the process mapping tool to visualize and understand the activities performed in the process. It is intended to obtain as a result the mapping of the current and future value stream and an action plan for the implementation of the future scenario, to reduce the lead time and obtain improved efficiency in the execution of the bidding processes.
