Abstract:The solution to equations of two viscous homogeneous incompressible fluid media with the pressure phase equilibrium in the case of a constant phase is obtained. The influence of the physical phase densities, saturation, volume and viscosity of substances constituting a two-phase continuum in the flow velocity and pressure is shown. Also, the solution admitting a limiting transition to the known solution of the problem of a flow of a viscous incompressible single-phase medium is constructed.
ObjectiveThis study aimed to investigate the knowledge status of Alzheimer's disease (AD) among community health service center (CHSC) staff in Jiaxing, China, and to compare the effects of online with offline training.MethodsA total of 763 people from 12 community health service centers were investigated using a self-created general situation questionnaire and the Alzheimer's Disease Knowledge Scale (ADKS). Among the participants, 261 people who were willing to receive training were randomly divided into two groups according to the institution in which they worked to receive online or offline training, respectively.ResultsThe average ADKS score was 19.77, and the awareness rate was 65.92%; the results for every field were as follows: treatment and management (81.32%); life impact (77.76%); disease course (75.23%); assessment and diagnosis (68.94%); risk factors (65.05%); symptoms (57.90%); caregiving (44.06%). Education and profession had impacts on the total ADKS scores (P < 0.05). A total of 261 people participated in the training, and there were significant differences in ADKS scores before and after training (P < 0.05). Before the training, there was no significant difference in ADKS score between the two groups; after the training, either (P > 0.05). There were significant differences in the ADKS scores after training in both groups (P < 0.05).ConclusionCommunity health service center staff in Jiaxing had limited knowledge of AD, particularly in the “symptom” and “caregiving” dimensions. One instance of training on AD-related knowledge to some degree helped to improve this but still fell short of meeting the national requirements. No significant differences were found between offline and online training effects.
Abstract:The initial boundary value problem of the dynamics of fluid saturated porous media, described by three elastic parameters in the reversible hydrodynamic approximation, is numerically solved. A linear two-dimensional problem as dynamic equations of porous media for components of velocities, stresses and pore pressure is considered. The equations of motion are based on conservation laws and are consistent with thermodynamic conditions. In this case, a medium is considered to be ideally isotropic (in the absence of energy dissipation) and twodimensional heterogeneous with respect to space. For a numerical solution of the dynamic problem of poroelasticity we use the Laguerre transform with respect to time and the finite difference technique with respect to spatial coordinates on the staggered grids with fourth order of accuracy. The description of numerical implementation of the algorithm offered is presented, and its characteristics are analyzed. Numerical results of the simulation of seismic wave fields for the test layered models have been obtained on the multiprocessor computer.

In the language of categories and functors, an L‐fuzzy left R‐modules generated by L‐fuzzy set is called a free object in the category of L‐fuzzy left R‐modules determined by L‐fuzzy set.Design/methodology/approachCategory theory is used to study the existent quality, unique quality and material structure of L‐fuzzy left R‐modules generated by L‐fuzzy set.FindingsThe paper gives the uniqueness, structure and existence theorems of free object in the category of L‐fuzzy left R‐modules determined by L‐fuzzy set, and the authors prove that the fuzzy free functor is left adjoint to the fuzzy underlying functor.Research limitations/implicationsSome property of free L‐fuzzy left R‐modules will need to be further researched.Originality/valueThe paper defines a new class of L‐fuzzy left R‐modules, i.e. free L‐fuzzy left R‐modules, research and explore free L‐fuzzy left R‐modules in theory.
