In Peru, about twenty-one thousand people suffer from chronic kidney disease in grade 5; it means that they urgently require some type of renal replacement therapy. Due to be the seventh major cause of is not only a national health problem but also a global one. One of the alternatives to treat it is hemodialysis. This treatment is expensive and requires a lot of care and specialization by type of patient. As there is an over-demand for this service, the State contracts through the Health Fund Management Institutions in private companies to provide such renal replacement therapy. The present work shows a business plan that evaluates the viability and profitability of a hemodialysis center in the city of Lima. Positive Net Present Value and an Internal Rate of Return of thirty percent represents positive financial results. In addition, it represents a great help for a segment of the underserved population due to the rare health centers that provide the aforementioned treatment.
