Social entrepreneurship or social entrepreneurship has become an increasingly prominent topic. The development of social-based and oriented business units shows an increasing trend in line with the increasing public awareness of social problems that occur. Philanthropic institutions as a form of Social Entrepreneurship have taken on many social roles since several years ago. However, there are not many research results that examine it from a human resource perspective. Is it possible that being amil is a career choice? Is a question that has not been answered through scientific studies. This paper will examine these problems through a literature study that begins with a description of career theories and continues with a description of the research results that have been carried out. Special attention is paid to the relationship between career choice and religiousity because the ZISWAF institution is an institution based and driven by the principles of Islamic teachings.
SMEs are one of the economic entities that form the backbone of the economy in many countries. SMEs contribute substantial GDP to the country and are one of the solutions for efforts to provide employment and economic performance. However, so far SMEs have only been able to serve the domestic market, even though they have great potential to enter the international market. Not many SMEs are brave and motivated to do pivot businesses by utilizing digital technology and the era of openness to expanding overseas markets. Some many factors are suspected to be the cause. Through the literature review method, this paper seeks to identify the factors that influence SMEs to go international, primarily from the point of view of individual factors and organizational factors. From the results of previous research conducted in many countries, it was found that the individual factors and organizational factors contributed significantly to the decision making of SMEs to Go International.
Management control is a company activity that is the last bastion to ensure that all components of the company work according to predetermined standards. This assurance needs to be obtained as part of the efforts of the Management and the company to provide the best results to consumers. Success in the control process, in several studies will have an impact on various aspects of company activities such as achieving efficiency and effectiveness in the production process. By using a quantitative approach, involving employees of the production department as respondents, this study attempts to find a correlation between management control and employee performance.
Usaha kue olahan berupa kue basah dapat menjadi salah satu pilihan masyarakat untuk meningkatkan taraf hidup keluarga sebagai bisnis keluarga. Tujuan pengabdian pada masyarakat adalah untuk melakukan pendampingan usaha mengenai pembenahan dalam manajemen produksi pembuatan kue olahan dan manajemen penyimpanan bahan baku, pelatihan pencatatan keuangan agar tidak tercampur antara keuangan usaha dan keuangan keluarga serta penyusunan program promosi untuk meningkatkan penjualan untuk dapat tercapainya peningkatan taraf hidup keluarga. Kegiatan PkM yang dilakukan diarahkan untuk memberikan solusi alternatif terhadap beberapa permasalahan yang dihadapi mitra yaitu Usaha Kue Windy Collection milik Ibu Wiwin Mardiana yang berlokasi di Dusun Kagrengan, Desa Ngijo, Kecamatan Karangploso, Kabupaten Malang, agar dapat memberikan semangat berusaha dan tambah berkembang menjadi usaha kreatif yang menjanjikan serta menjadi contoh untuk usaha sejenis yang digeluti oleh masyarakat serta menjadi solusi dalam peningkatan taraf hidup keluarga. Pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan dalam beberapa tahapan berikut, yaitu: tahap observasi dan analisis situasi, tahap pembagian tugas untuk tim pengabdian masyarakat, tahap pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat, dan tahap evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah dengan melakukan pembenahan dalam manajemen produksi pembuatan kue olahan dan manajemen penyimpanan bahan baku agar hygenis, serta melakukan pelatihan pencatatan keuangan dengan tujuan agar tidak tercampur antara keuangan usaha dan keuangan keluarga dan membantu penyusunan program promosi untuk meningkatkan penjualan agar tercipta peningkatan taraf hidup keluarga.
It is important to know the role of work motivation as a mediator of the influence of remuneration on the performance of the Malang Family Population Planning and Control Department, as the population in Malang area is the main task of planning and serving the community. The purpose of this study is to analyze the direct influence of remuneration and motivation on work results and the mediating role of motivational variables is the influence of remuneration on the work results of employees of the Department. Population Control and Family Planning in Malang Regency. The sample for this study included employees of the Malang Department of Population Control and Family Planning with a total of 63 employees. This study uses path analysis. The results of the study explain that there is a direct influence of compensation and motivation on employee performance. This dynamic can minimize the impact of compensation on the performance of the Bureau of Population Control and Family Planning staff in Malang Regency.
