Digital technologies, globally introduced in the urban environment and made available to the majority of the population only in recent years, are relatively new phenomenon. This paper discusses the circumstances of the transition of the transport industry to the “digit” as an example of studying the theme of human factor in the digital world. The main professional groups united around the unified digital platform for the transport industry were taken into account, the possible changes due to the transfer to the unified digital platform for the transport industry were studied, and the current state of the transition of the transport industry to Industry 4.0 was assessed. In the process of implementing digital technology, problems are found in the boundary layer of the interaction of the human factor with technical and digital factors, it should be noted that these factors are mutually complementary. Therefore, when transferring the transport complex to the unified digital platform, emphasis should be placed on effective training and retraining of personnel not only in connection with digital technology, but also in programs of emotional competence and intergroup adaptation for managers and employees.
Abstract. Urban planning is deemed to improve the living standards and the life satisfaction of urban residents. However, it does not always work this way. It is anticipated that the formation and development of sociopsychological competencies in urban planning professionals can boost both the living standards and life satisfaction. In the article, the author presents the findings of the study of several international rankings; she also offers some definitions, and formulates a number of probable reasons for the insufficient development of sociopsychological competencies in urban planning professionals. The author also offers several actions, aimed at the prevention of social dissatisfaction of urban residents' within the framework of the sociopsychological competence.
Abstract. High technologies in architecture and construction change the world around. Professional trainings for the creators of the artificial environment (engineers and architects) have an effect on people's life but practically they don't take into account the human nature of the final user and his own psychological features. In this article there are presented the results of the psychological services in the University of civil engineering from 2006 to 2017 as extra-curricular methods for the general competences formation and development. There are also described the methods of works and their specifics, some difficulties and perspectives. There are explained the reasons for psychological service at the university of civil engineering. There are also taken into account the global risks and dangers affecting the study content of civil engineering.
The authors referred to the model of motivators of Richie Sh., Martin P. for the research of efficiency of team work in the construction industry on the example of the educational groups of the magistracy within construction higher education institution studying in the "Construction" direction, which are included in professional activity in the real construction organizations and the companies at the same time. The specifics of the motivational profile of the teams are defined, descriptive characteristics, opportunities and restrictions of such teams are revealed. The practical importance of the research is caused by the need of the competent organization and management of teams, taking into account the implementation of professional activity in the modern construction industry and realization of production tasks.
