This study has been conducted in order to identify whether there is the co-movements between Male to Female employment ratio and Salary compensations in agricultural sector of Pakistan. To analyze the possible co-movement between the Male to Female employment ratio and Salary compensations in agricultural sector of Pakistan, the time series data for the yearly period of 1990 to 2020 for agriculture sector are taken from the publically available source i.e. website of World Bank. The result indicated that there is a long term relationship exists in between Male to Female employment ratio and Salary compensations in agricultural sector of Pakistan.
In this chapter the authors consider the impact of migration processes on the state of their home country's security. The other actual direction of this research is to identify the dependence of the country's economic security on the intensity of migration regulation. The complexity of assessing global trends in migration policy leads to the need for a comparative analysis of the conditions for their implementation in the context of world labor migration centers. The chapter analyzes the main tools of migration policy, the study of which made it possible to summarize and identify measurable indicators of the impact of migration processes on the state of economic security. The complex of designated challenges and threats to the economic security of the state will allow to form an overall picture of the current state of the object and a qualitative medium-term forecast.
Current global trends in financial management and in banking in particular are demonstrating a gradual shift in focus from remote external financial control over bank’s operations to more internal risk-oriented financial control. Against this background, there is a fundamental change in organization of financial control in commercial banks, associated with the implementation of international norms and standards as well as Russian Federation legislation compliance with these norms and standards. In the context of rapid development and changes of nearly all technologies, the impacts from real and potential threats to internal and external environments, internal financial banking control is becoming increasingly important in ensuring growth of banks’ financial performance. Thus, given the importance of the very institution of financial control in the banking sector for financial and economic stability of any state, the presence of problematic issues in this area necessitates further studies of the characteristics of financial control in a commercial bank stemming from the already accumulated Russian and foreign experience.
The BRICS nations (Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa) actively joined in process of transformation of institutes of global financial market's management, having created New Development Bank. This institute according to most of analysts can be considered as potential competitor of the World Bank and as one of elements of so-called system of “parallel institutes”, which as required can become replacement American-centered system of international financial institutions. Progress of newly created New Development Bank in- much will depend on that economic power which will characterize BRICS economies. And a key condition of long-term stable economic growth is availability of global advantages of the BRICS countries. This article is devoted to the analysis of changes BRICS global competitiveness factors.
In the paper the authors analyze theoretical approaches to definition and classification of creative clusters, including used by the international economic organizations. The role and influence of creative economy for modern development of the urbanized cities is shown. In the paper the production factor which is basic for creation of added value in creative economy is designated. The authors show influence of the creative industries on development of world economy using of relevant analytical materials and statistical data. On the basis of the retrospective analysis from the Russian and foreign practice experience of creation and development of the creative cities is analyzed. Such mechanisms of change of the urbanized cities’ public space as a placemaking and redevelopment are described. In the study the comparative analysis of creative economy’s key indicators of the world capitals – leaders in development of the creative environment in dynamics is carried out. Analysis is based on the data of the Global Creativity Index and the interrelation of creativity level with urban saturation and competitiveness of the countries and cities.
