ABSTRACT:The way social pedagogy is developing nowadays has been paved by a centuries-old tradition of social and pedagogical work, historical experience of the theoretical research on the problems of interactions between the man and the environment, and experience of successful problem solution of proper socialization in educational organizations at different stages of social pedagogy (presoviet, soviet and modern periods). Modern state of social pedagogy is related to the issues of determining the status of social pedagogy, finding the main methodology parameters, as well as the research-specific issues. This paper also presents the characteristics of the main concepts of social pedagogy in Russia and the peculiarities of professional work done by social pedagogues.KEYWORDS: social pedagogy, socialization, community, social participation, environment, social values, child rearing, school social workers RESUMEN: El desarrollo actual de la pedagogía social ha sentado sus bases en siglos de tradición de trabajo social y pedagógico, de experiencia histórica en la investigación teórica sobre los problemas de las interacciones entre el hombre y su contexto, y de los éxitos en la resolución de problemas de la socialización adecuada a través de instituciones educativas en diferentes etapas de la pedagogía social (presoviética, soviética y periodos modernos). La situación actual de la pedagogía social guarda relación con cuestiones como la definición del estatus de la pedagogía social y el descubrimiento de los principales parámetros metodológicos, además de problemas concretos en su investigación. Este artículo plantea también las características de los conceptos principales de la pedagogía social en Rusia y las peculiaridades del trabajo profesional realizado por los pedagogos sociales.
Abstract. The network activity is not only part and parcel of the modern university, but it also demonstrates the level of its success. There appeared an urgent need for understanding the nature of universities' network interactions and finding the most effective models of their network cooperation. The article analyzes partnership network communities with higher educational establishments (universities') participation, which are being actively created nowadays. The conditions for successful network activities of a university in scientific, academic and professional network communities are presented.
