The article presents the factors that help to improve the accessibility and quality of supplementary education of rural schoolchildren, defines the objectives of supplementary education and describes the pedagogic means of solving the most topical problems. Special attention is paid to the ways of satisfying individual interests and wants of children, to the analysis of the results of supplementary education of rural children, to the usage of the rural community resources and to the social partnership development. The article shows the social environment potential and social partnership resources in creating the supplementary education municipal network. The authors suggest the variants of the interaction of the school with other rural subjects, the content and forms of participation of the organisations and local people in children's supplementary education (CSE). The article emphasises the role of parents (legal representatives) in the CSE, proposes the ways of informing parents of supplementary education and their involvement in organising the CSE.
The article focuses on the task of improving the system of additional education of technological orientation set in a number of initiatives at the federal level. Problems of technical creativity development in children from the rural areas of various regions of Russia are brought to the foreground. The article presents the results of triennial experience in implementing technical programs in rural schools with the support of a social partnera robotics club. The research results are analyzed with a view to the information, institutional, territorial and economic factors of additional education accessibility. The author addresses the tasks related to rural learners' intellectual development, socialization, adaptation and professional orientation that the robotics club solves in partnership with the school. The article gives a brief description of integrative forms, pedagogical conditions and tools implemented in the teaching process organized on the basis of the robotics club and school partnership: they include integrated classes and workshops. The main stimulation and motivation meanscompetitive activities and field events the social partner uses to attract students and their parentsare described. The author notes positive dynamics in the development of cooperation over three years as well as gives the ratios of the number of children having been engaged in technical programs and options for adapting additional educational programs to the children's needs. The examples are drawn from a brief comparative analysis of the content of basic education sample programs in Computer Science and Physics and programs of additional educational in robotics which allows for claiming that the programs are based on similar concepts and offer similar topics. These examples indicate the possibility of basic and additional education integration pointing out the propaedeutic and advanced levels of additional education programs in relation to those of mainstream education.
The article presents the results of research and analysis of specialization of agricultural organizations of the Chelyabinsk region for the period from 2006 to 2017, which according to the population ecology of organizations has advantages in stable or specific environments. To study the specialization of the organizations of the agro-industrial complex of the Chelyabinsk region, a three-part coefficient of specialization was used, which characterizes the total share of the three values of the studied trait in the total population. Empirical research of agro-industrial complex of Chelyabinsk region allowed performing the analysis of 294...194 organizations for the period 2006...2017. It was found that the arithmetic value of a share of the first three types of products, ordered descending, in the structure of realization of products of agricultural organizations of territories of the region made up 78.09...85.08 % and in the structure of sales organizations of the region amounted to 89.71...96.86 %. It was shown that the analysis of the shares of the first three types of products, ordered in descending order, in the structure of sales of agricultural products can be reduced to the analysis of the shares of the first of the three types of products in this ordered structure. It was found that during the study period, the share of organizations of the agro-industrial complex of the region with the share of proceeds from the sale of grain and leguminous crops in the total revenue of organizations 20 ... 80 % amounted to 45.92...29.61 %.
