The urgency of this research is to explain the strategy of the Disaster Management Agency in reducing disaster risk, reducing vulnerability, and increasing the capacity of the Government and Society in dealing with disasters in Bima Regency. As a leading sector in disaster management efforts, BPBD acts as a coordinator, facilitator, motivator, as well as implementing programs. The strategies implemented to reduce disaster risk in Bima Regency are strengthening institutional rules and institutions, integrated disaster management planning, implementing disaster education and research, capacity building, collaboration, and community participation, implementing disaster reduction strategies, and seeking to increase the effectiveness of disaster management. disaster emergency. Secara otonom sejak 2012, Kecamatan Raba telah memiliki 11 (sebelas) Kelurahan sebagai bagian dari wilayah Kota Bima. Sejak digulirkannya program Nasional Penerapan Kartu Tanda Penduduk Elektronik (e-KTP), Kecamatan Raba telah memberikan pelayanan pembuatan, perekaman dan mendokumentasikan program Nasional Penerapan Kartu Tanda Penduduk Elektronik (e-KTP) diwilayah Kota Bima, namun penerapan e-KTP tersebut belum maksimal yang disebabkan karena keterbatasan sarana dan prasarana dengan jumlah penduduk yang ada, selain itu kemampuan pegawai masih kurang dalam mengoperasikan perangkat teknologi perekaman KTP, oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kemampuan dan keramahan pegawai Kantor Camat Raba Kota Bima dalam pelaksanaan pelayanan Kartu Tanda Penduduk (e-KTP). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuisioner, observasi, dan studi kepustakaan. Data hasil penelitian yang diperoleh di lapalangan kemudian di analisis dengan teknik analisis kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Kebijakan pelayanan Kartu Tanda Penduduk elektronik (e-KTP) di Kantor Camat Raba Kota Bima bahwa sebagian besar responden menyatakan “sangat baik” sebanyak 18%, kemudian responden yang menyatakan “baik” sebanyak 30% serta responden menilai yang menyatakan “kurang baik” sebanyak 20% dan responden mengatakan yang menyatakan tidak baik sebanyak 10%.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat perkembangan dari Kegiatan kelompok tenun tradisional di Desa Monta Baru, adapun teknik pengumpulan data yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Kemudian hasil penelitian adalah upaya dari Pemerintah Desa Monta Baru untuk mengembangkan usaha tenun tradisional yang diberikan kepada 3 (tiga) kelompok yang ada di Desa Monta Baru yang jumlah anggarannya Rp. 60.000.000,- dengan pembagian yaitu setiap kelompok memperoleh anggaran sebesar Rp. 20.000.000,- adanya stimulasi dana ini maka dapat memberikan suntikan modal yang cukup bagi kelompok tenun yang ada di Desa Monta Baru. Selember kain sarung membutuhkan waktu 3 (tiga) hari hal ini terjadi karena proses produksi masih tradisional dan membutuhkan fokus dan tingkat presisi yang tinggi. Produksi kain sarung memakan waktu yang lama dan bervariasi apabila tingkat kesulitan semakin tinggi.
