The development of technology has indirectly influenced the world of education. These influences include online learning. This study aims to determine the effect of student perceptions on the application of online learning. This research is a descriptive verification study with an ex post facto and survey approach. The results of this study reveal that although there were some students who were less satisfied with online learning, the majority of students already knew that online learning had a good perception of the application of such learning.
Students who lack life skills will tend to be difficult to achieve success. This study aims to determine the comparison of life skills of students whose learning uses Scaffolding and Articulation learning models by paying attention to students' Emotional Quetions (EQ). The research method used was quasi-experimental with a comparative approach. The research design used is treatment by level. The subjects in this study were students of class VIII MTs NU 5 Sekampung East Lampung. Testing the hypothesis of this study used a two-way variance analysis formula and two independent sample t-tests. The results of this study indicate (1) There are differences in life skills between students whose learning uses the Scaffolding and Articulation models in Integrated Social Studies subjects, (2) Life skills whose learning using the Scaffolding model is higher than using the Articulation model for students who have Emotional Quetions ( EQ) is high, (3) Life skills learning using the Articulation model is higher than using Scaffolding models for students who have low Emotional Quetions (EQ), (4) There is an interaction between the use of learning models and Emotional Quetions (EQ) on life skills .
Tujuan dari adanya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan kerja, pelatihan, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada koperasi sai betik (KPN) di Kecamatan Balik Bukit Kabupaten Lampung Barat. Metode yang digunakan didalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptiv Perivikatif dengan pendekatan exapost facto danasurvey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 31 orang. Sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh populasi yang ada sehingga teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampel jenuh. Berdasarkan pada hasil analisis diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat pengaruh lingkungan kerja, pelatihan, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada koperasi sai betik (KPN) di Kecamatan Balik Bukit Kabupaten Lampung Barat. Sedangkan secara simultan juga terdapat pengaruh lingkungan kerja, pelatihan, dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan pada koperasi sai betik (KPN) di Kecamatan Balik Bukit Kabupaten Lampung Barat. Nilai Fhitung sebesar 10,737 dengan sig. sebesar < 0,05.
The Covid-19 pandemic is rapidly changing many aspects of life. The learning process is also forced to adjust quickly. This study aims to reveal the effectiveness of online learning and in detail reveal the obstacles to implementing online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic based on several recent studies. This study applies the literature review method and journals related to the constraints and effectiveness of online learning, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The data collection technique was done by using observation, questionnaire, interview and documentation. The population in this study were all undergraduate students of Semester VI with a sample of 32 students who were taken by simple random sampling technique. The results of this study reveal that online learning during the Covid-19 pandemic has been ineffective and there are still many obstacles to be faced. In order for learning to be effective and smooth, special guidance is needed for both teachers and students.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbedaan hasil belajar dan interaksi siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Course Review Horay (CRH) dan Make A Match. Adapun penggunaan kedua model tersebut juga diteliti dengan memperhatikan motivasi belajar siswa. Metode yang diterapkan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Quasi Eksperiment dengan desain treatment by level. Data dikumpulkan dengan cara observasi, angket, tes, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan t-test Independen Dua Sampel dan Analisis Varian Dua Jalan (ANOVA). Penelitian ini dilakukaan di SMPN 2 Tulang Bawang Tengah yang memiliki populasi 6 (enam) kelas dengan sejumlah 188 siswa dan diambil sampel 2 (dua) kelas sebanyak 63 siswa yang di tentukkan melalui teknik Cluster Random Sampling. Penelitian ini menunjukkan terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar siswa yang menggunakan model pembelajaran CRH dan Make A Match dengan nilai Fhitung > Ftabel atau 33,687 > 3,14, model pembelajaran CRH lebih efektif daripada Make A Match pada siswa baik yang memiliki motivasi belajar tinggi (thitung > ttabel atau 2,943 > 2,109), sedang (Thitung > Ttabel atau 2,389 > 2,063) dan rendah (Thiting > Ttabel atau 4,525 > 2,119), serta terdapat interaksi antara model pembelajaran yang diterapkan dengan motivasi belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran IPS Terpadu yang ditunjukkan oleh Fhiting > Ftabel atau 4,316 > 3,16.
