2 Kesehatan Lingkungan , Poltekkes Kemenkes Pontianak, Indonesia Kadar TSS dan BOD limbah cair tahu di industri rumah tangga tahu di Kecematan Tebas sudah melebihi standar, yaitu TSS = 1320 mg/L dengan NAB = 200 mg/L dan BOD = 161 mg/L dengan NAB = 150 mg/L. Limbah cair industri tahu mengandung zat-zat organik yaitu protein 40%-60%, karbohidrat 25%-50%, lemak 10% dan padatan tersuspensi lainnya yang di alam dapat mengalami perubahan fisika, kimia dan hayati yang akan menghasilkan zat toksik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektifitas pengolahan limbah cair tahu menggunakan sistem aerasi dan filtrasi untuk menurunkan kadar TSS dan BOD pada limbah cair tahu. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan Quasi Eksperimental dengan model One Group PretestPosttest. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 24 sampel dengan 6 kali pengulangan. Uji statistik yang digunakan Paired Sample T-test dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil uji menunjukan adanya efektifitas penurunan kadar TSS dan BOD yang signifikan sebelum diberikan perlakuan dengan sesudah diberi perlakuan aerasi dan filtrasi dengan hasil TSS yaitu (p=0,000 < α=0,05) dan BOD (p=0,000 < α=0,05). Influence Of Comic For Children Health Is Knowledge Eye. The prevalence of eye disorders cases are very high, about 13 million cases in children aged 5-15 years. There are several factors caused the eye disorders in children, one of them is lack of knowledge about determine eye disorders prevention behavior. The purpose of this study was to see the effect of comic media on eye health knowledge in children. The research design used was pre-experimental design with one group pretest post-test design design with 36 samples. The results of this study concluded that comic effect on eye health knowledge on children (p value = 0,000 <0,05) with mean at pretest 55,00 and mean at posttest 81,48. So the comic effect on the child’s knowledge about eye health disorders. Health education efforts can utilize comic has media as a media of health promotion during school healthcare activities of school children.Abstrak:Pengaruh Media Komik Terhadap Pengetahuan Kesehatan Mata Pada Anak. Prevalensi kasus gangguan mata anak sangat tinggi, sekitar 13 juta kasus pada anak usia 5-15 tahun. Ada beberapa faktor yang melatarbelakangi gangguan mata pada anak, salah satunya yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan mengenai kebiasaan/ perilaku yang dapat mencegah gangguan mata. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk melihat pengaruh media komik terhadap pengetahuan kesehatan mata pada anak. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah pre-experimental design dengan rancangan penelitian one group pre-test post-test design dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 36 sampel. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa komik berpengaruh terhadap pengetahuan kesehatan mata pada anak (p value = 0,000 < 0,05) dengan mean pada saat pre-test 55,00 dan mean saat post-test 81,48. Jadi, komik berpengaruh terhadap pengetahuan anak mengenai gangguan kesehatan mata. Abstrak Penelitian ini menggunakan desain Quasi Experiment.Sampel berjumlah 36 sampel.Rancangan penelitian adalah pretest–posttest with control group design.Uji statistik yang digunakan yaitu Uji-T dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95%.Kadar Fe awal rata-rata yaitu sebesar 8,35 mg/l, Hasil uji T menunjukan ada perbedaan yang signifikan penurunan kadar besi (Fe) dalam air sumur gali menggunakan metode up flow nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05 dan down flow sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada perbedaan kadar besi (Fe)sebelum yaitu sebesar 5,50 mg/l dan sesudah filtrasi menggunakan media cangkang kerang, zeolit, dan karbon aktif dengan metode Up flow sebesar 0,67 mg/l dan down flow sebesar 0,88 mg/l. Efektifitas penurunan kadar besi (Fe) air sumur gali menggunakan metode Up Flowlebih besar yaitu 87,72 %, dibandingkan menggunakan metode Down Flow sebesar 84,06 %. Bagi masyarakat dan instansi terkait, hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan referensi mengenai metode sederhana dalam menurunkan kadar besi pada air sumur gali /air tanah.AbstractUsing quasi experimental method and pretest-posttest with control group design, this study employed 36 samples. The data were statically tested by using T-test with a vadility level of 95%. Diffeerence of Fe using coagulant method of 8,35 mg/l, the T test result indicated the there was a significant difference of Fe level reduction in dug wells by using up flow method (0,000<0,05) and down flow method (0,000<0,05). The study revealed that there was a difference of Fe level before filtration using coagilant lime fowder (5,50%) and after filtration using mussel shells, manganese zeolite, active carbon, and up flow method 0,67 mg/l and down flow method of 0,88 mg/l. The effevtiveness of fe level in dug wells by using up flowfiltration was 87,72% and down flow filtration was 84,06%.From the findings, the related institution may consider the findings of this study as the reference in reducing Fe level in dug wells by using simple method
