This research will try to design a low cost of fixed-wing unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) using low-cost material that able to fly autonomously. Six parameters of UAV’s structure will be optimized based on basic airframe configuration, wing configuration, straight wing, tail configuration, fuselage material, and propeller location. The resulted and manufactured prototype of fixed-wing UAV will be tested in autonomous fight tests. Based on the flight test, the developed UAV can successfully fly autonomously following the trajectory command. The result shows that low-cost material can be used as a body part of fixed-wing UAV.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh celebrity endorser terhadap minat beli berdasarkan variabel visibility, credibility, attractiveness, dan power. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan adalah followers Instagram Geist. Jumlah sampel 68 responden yang didapat dari rumus Slovin. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis linier berganda. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang telah diukur dengan skala Likert dan diolah menggunakan SPSS. Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah visibility, credibility, attractiveness, dan power. Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini adalah minat beli. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel visibility, credibility dan attractiveness memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat beli sedangkan variabel power tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap minat beli produk. The design of performance assessment and measurement models is an important factor for any organization in an effort to achieve the expected goals in the future and as a tool to assess the success of the company. One of the most important performance measures is quality management. An assessment model that can be used to measure the performance of quality management is the Quality Management Maturity (QMM) Model. Until now, there has been no research related to the design of the QMM assessment model in the manufacturing industry sector. Until now, research related to the QMM Model only examines the construction industry sector, and the number is still relatively small. Even though, according to the 2020 Statistical Yearbook of Indonesia sources, the industrial sector that provides the largest contribution to Indonesia's national income in 2019 is the manufacturing industry sector. Therefore, the aim of this study is to design a QMM assessment/conceptual model in the manufacturing industry sector by identifying variables related to quality management. In this study, a literature study approach was used by examining ten journals that have a relationship with quality management. The results showed that the QMM model consisted of several levels, each of which was built by a number of quality management variables. Based on the results of the analysis of all available literature, the results of the variables at each level are obtained, namely at level 1 consisting of 2 variables, namely corporate-level quality and project level quality. Whereas at level 2, project quality level variables are divided into two variables, namely product quality and service quality. At level 3, corporatelevel quality is divided into two variables, namely external management and internal management.In addition, at level 3, product quality is divided into two variables, namely physical quality and perceived quality. Meanwhile, at level 4, each variable result from level 3 is further divided into a number of variables. In external management, there are six variables, in internal management, there are 28 variables, seven variables in physical quality, four variables in perceived quality, and 19 variables in service quality.
Kemiskinan tidak dapat dipandang hanya dari aspek ekonomi saja, di negara berkembang masalah kemiskinan sangatlah kompleks, Kemiskinan merupakan masalah dalam pembangunan yang bersifat multidimensional, kemiskinan multidimensional berkaitan dari aspek psikologi, budaya, dan sosial. Pemberdayaan Keluarga Petani Miskin adalah salah satu model yang dibentuk dari masyarakat, oleh masyarakat, dan untuk masyarakat, dalam rangka memberikan pelayanan bagi masyrakat agar mampu meningkatkan kemampuan dan mewujudkan kemandirian. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk: 1) memperoleh gambaran kondisi awal pemberdayaan keluarga petani miskin di Yayasan Usaha Mulia Kabupaten Cianjur 2) menyusun desain model Pemberdayaan Keluarga petani miskin di Yayasan Usaha Muia melalui penelusuran praktik sendiri dan praktik orang lain serta studi literatur, dan 3) menyempurnakan model pemberdayaan bagi keluarga petani miskin. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian sekunder (Metode Analisis Data Sekunder). Sumber data dalam penelitian menggunakan sumber data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan studi dokumentasi dan wawancara mendalam. Pemeriksaan keabsahan data yang digunakan adalah pemeriksaan keabsahan kepercayaan (credibility), keteralihan (transferability), ketergantungan (dependability), dan kepastian (Confirmability). Teknik analisa data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis data kualitatif dan Expert Judgment. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pemberdayaan keluarga petani miskin lebih efektif dan komprehensif. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan usulan model dengan nama “PETANI BISA” dirancang untuk memberikan pelayanan bagi petani yang melibatkan berbagai pihak dan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemandirian petani.
