The athletes who are attached to coaching and training programs for long periods will have more potential of dealing with stress. In line with this phenomenon, this study indicates that a great number of professional athletes, specifically who formally registered in sports organizations in Makassar, Indonesia, are apparently disclosed on lack of better coaching and training program achievements, decreasing on their performance during coaching and training times, etc. Through the literature review, this study discloses that there is a lack of body of knowledge, specifically in East Region of Indonesia context explaining the effect of such disorders on professional athletes of Makassar. This study hence aims to investigate whether there is a possibility that stress exists among the professional athletes through the application of quantitative approach. There are 258 athletes considered as the population and 72 athletes as the research sample in this study. The results indicate that stress is confirmed statistically to have affected athlete performance and consequently indicate that the effect of stress is negative and significantly impacts the athletes' performance. This study therefore concludes that the stress issue is crucially urgent to be managed properly, especially in the sports field.
This study aims to (1) determine the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, (2) determine the effect of employee commitment on employee performance, (3) determine the effect of job satisfaction and employee commitment jointly on employee performance at the Makassar City Social Service . The data used in this study are primary and secondary data with a total sample of 69 respondents. This study used a quantitative approach and was analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis with the help of SPSS 22 data processing to prove three hypotheses. The results of this study prove that the variable Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a t count of 2.964 > t table of 1.996. The Employee Commitment variable has a significant effect with a t count of 2.943 > t table of 1.996. Based on the results of this study it is also known that the independent variables jointly or simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable, namely Employee Performance at the Makassar City Social Service. Therefore, if job satisfaction and employee commitment continue to be improved, it will certainly increase employee performance.
This study aims to determine how the financial performance of PT. Jasa Raharja in 2017 to 2021. The population in this study is the company's annual financial statements, while the sample used is the company's financial statements from 2017 to 2021. The data collection technique in this study is by means of documentation, then it will be analyzed using ratios. liquidity which consists of Current Ratio, Cash Ratio and solvency ratio which consists of Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and profitability ratio consists of Return on Assets (ROA) and Return on Equity (ROE) which then measures financial health using the Risk Based Capital method. The results of this study indicate that the liquidity ratio where the Cash Ratio is still below the standard ratio, which means the company is less able to pay its short-term obligations using existing cash, but the company is still able to pay its short-term debt using its current assets and the solvency ratio is above the standard ratio in general, which means the company's finances are quite good in meeting long-term debt and for profitability ratios where the Return on Assets is still below the standard ratio, which means the company is less efficient in managing its assets to generate profits but in terms of Return on Equity the company has been able to manage capital owned to earn a profit, while Risk Based Capital shows the company's financial performance from 2017 to 2021 is quite good.
This study aims to analyze financial performance in terms of the soundness of the bank at the PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar Main Branch using the CAMEL method. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study is the financial statements of PT Bank Sulselbar Makassar Main Branch from 2016-2021. While the sample in this study is the Financial Statements in the form of a Balance Sheet and Income Statement of PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar Main Branch 2016 to 2021. Data analysis technique using the CAMEL method (Capital, Asset Quality, Management, Earning, Liquidity) The results showed that the calculation of the CAMEL ratio in 2016 was in the Healthy category and for 4 consecutive years in 2017 to 2020 it was in the Fairly Healthy category and in 2021 there was an increase in the Healthy category. Thus it can be concluded that the financial performance of PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar Main Branch in 2016 – 2021 using the CAMEL method is in the Pretty Healthy predicate for 4 consecutive years in the Fairly Healthy category.
Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover intention pada Protech Dry Cleaning & Laundry Makassar. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah Karyawan Protech Dry Cleaning & Laundry Makassar. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik sensus. Keseluruhan karyawan yang berjumlah 83 orang dijadikan sampel responden. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diperoleh dengan cara membagikan kuesioner kepada karyawan. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa budaya organisasi (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention (Y), di mana t hitung (-3,462) < t tabel (1,988) dan Sig 0,001; komitmen organisasi (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention (Y) di mana t hitung (-3,460) < t tabel (1,988) dan Sig 0,001; dan secara simultan atau bersama-sama budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap turnover intention pada Protech Dry Cleaning & Laundry Makassar, di mana F hitung (46,440) > F tabel (3,10). Adapun nilai R square adalah sebesar 52.6%.
