Abstract:The effects such as promotion of business efficiency and/or quality control are expected by electronic utilization of various information of public construction among parties concerned. Various actions have been taken for realizing the effects above, but problems and improvements supported by business process analysis for the whole construction are not identified.In this study, business process containing 288 work-types focused on common ground of construction business process were analyzed for realizing the promotion of efficiency of documents delivery and management. Additionally, the support function of information sharing system and the scope of support were considered.
