Permainan bolabasket bertujuan untuk memasukkan bola sebanyak-banyaknya ke ring lawan tanding, supaya bisa mencapai tujuan itu maka diperlukan kekuatan, kecepatan dan <em>power </em>otot untuk membawa bola masuk kedalam ring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui a) kontribusi antara <em>power</em> otot tungkai dengan kemampuan <em>jump shot</em> bolabasket pada mahasiswa FIK UNCEN tahun 2017, b) kontribusi antara kekuatan otot lengan dengan kemampuan <em>jump shot</em> bola basket pada mahasiswa FIK UNCEN Tahun 2017, c) kontribusi antara koordinasi mata tangan dengan kemampuan <em>jump shot</em> bola basket pada mahasiswa FIK UNCEN Tahun 2017, dan d) kontribusi yang signifikan antara <em>power</em> otot tungkai, kekuatan otot lengan, dan koordinasi mata tangan dengan kemampuan <em>jump shot</em>bola basket pada mahasiswa FIK UNCEN Tahun 2017. Dalam penelitian ini akan digunakan metode deskriptif korelasional. Metode ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan data-data yang diperoleh dari hasil pengukuran dan studi kepustakaan. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester II FIK UNCEN yang berjumlah 30. Analisis yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis korelasional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kontribusi yang signifikan antara power otot tungkai dengan hasil <em>jump shoot</em> dengan memberikan sumbangan sebesar 14,5 %. Ada kontribusi yang signifikan antara kekuatan otot lengan dengan hasil <em>jump shoot </em>dengan memberikan sumbangan sebesar 30,5 %. Ada kontribusi yang signifikan antara koordinasi mata tangan dengan hasil <em>jump shot </em>dengan memberikan sumbangan sebesar 13 %. Dengan demikian terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan antara power otot tungkai, kekuatan otot lengan dan koordinasi mata tangan dengan hasil <em>jump shot </em>dengan memberikan sumbangan sebesar 58,0 %.
This study aimed to determine the description of energy drink consumption in Papuan athletes. Energy drinks are popular, and their consumption is increasing in today's fast-paced and active era, including among active workers and athletes. This study used a cross-sectional survey design involving 146 athletes using an accidental sampling technique. The energy drink consumption was known by a questionnaire consisting of 9 questions. The data to be collected includes sample characteristics (age, gender, sports, and last education), consumption, form, time, the purpose of consumption, perceived effect, amount, and side effects. The results showed that 52.74% of Papuan athletes had never consumed energy drinks, while 47.26% said they had consumed energy drinks. The energy drink consumption habits were 1-4 times in the form of sachets consumed during the day with no specific purpose. The perceived effect was the loss of tiredness with the amount taken one can/sachet/portion without experiencing side effects.
This research attemps to find out a) impact difference between distributed training and drill training to basketball jump shoot result, b) result difference of basket ball jump shoot between basketball UKM FIK Uncen students with low and high leg muscle power, and c) interaction impact between traning method and leg muscle power to basketball jump shot result of basketball UKM FKM FIK Uncen students. The training method developed to increase tecnique skill with practice distributed method (distributed training) and massed practice (drill practice). The teories ini this research used training method, jump shoot, and leg muscle power. The research method used experimental metod with 2 x 2 factorial sample. The factorial experimental method is a experiment with two or more free variables (at least one manipulated). The subjects used 20 persons of FIK Uncen Basketball students. The result shows there are impact difference between distributed training method and drill traning method to basketball jump shot power of UKM FIK Uncen basketball students (Fo = 7,674 > Ft = 4,11). There is impact difference between low and high leg muscle power to basketball jump shot power of UKM FIK Uncen students with (Fo = 4,642 > Ft = 4,11). And also, there is interaction between training method with leg muscle power to basketball jump shoot of basketball UKM FIK Uncen students (Fo = 12,895 >Ft = 4,11). Because of that, drill training method more effective applied for high leg muscle power player, whereas distributed training method more effective applied to low leg muscle power player.
