The purpose of the study is to determine the correlation of psycho-physiological functions with indicators of physical and technical readiness of young footballers of 12-13 and 15-16 years in the preparatory and competitive periods of the annual cycle of the training process. Methods. 24 football players participated in the study, 12 of them 12-13 players; 12 football players 15-16 years old. Parameters characteristic for determining the psychophysiological state, indicators of the nervous system's work capacity, and attention indicators were analyzed with the help of computer programs for psychophysiological testing. Also, determination of the level of physical preparedness (running on 60 m, running on 1000 m, shuttle running, pulling on the crossbar, jumping from place), determination of the level of technical preparedness (juggling, impact on range). Testing was carried out at the beginning of the preparatory period and at the beginning of the competition period of the annual cycle of the training process. The gap between the two tests was 3 months. Results. In the preparatory period of young footballers 15-16 years, the total number of reliable relationships between psychophysiological indicators and indicators of physical and technical preparedness is lower than that of young footballers 12-13 years in the preparatory and competitive periods. In the competitive period of 15-16 year old football players there is an increase in the number of interconnections between psychophysiological indicators and indicators of physical and technical preparedness compared with the preparatory period. In footballers aged 15-16 in the competitive period, there is an increase in the number of relationships that reflect rapid physical qualities and mobility of the nervous system, the ability to switch attention, the speed of a simple and complex reaction in comparison with the preparatory period and the results of testing the players 12-13 years. Conclusions. The obtained data is a reflection of the process of formation of a specific type of football player, when the speed of neurodynamic processes is associated with high-speed and speedstrength physical qualities. The study identified areas for improvement of choreographic training in sports aerobics. The aim is to increase the effectiveness of choreographic training in sports aerobics at the stage of specialized basic training. The theoretical analysis and generalization of data of scientific, methodical and special literature, documentary materials, pedagogical observations, surveys have been used in the study. The analysis of the obtained data made it possible to outline areas for improving the content of choreographic training at the stage of specialized basic training in sports aerobics: creating the latest methods of choreographic training, improving regulations, taking into account the specifics and trends of sports aerobics in choreographic training software; development of a control system for choreographic readiness; improvement of means of education of expressiveness, improvement of compositions of competitive programs. The content of choreographic training of athletes at the stage of specialized basic training in sports aerobics, which selected tools and methods to improve the choreographic training of athletes aged 15-17 years in accordance with modern requirements of the sport has been improved. The optimal amount of load has been set; means of education of expressiveness and a technique of perfection of competitive compositions have been introduced, means and methods of control of choreographic readiness of sportsmen have been developed.
The study identified areas for improvement of choreographic training in aerobic gymnastics. Improving the structure and content of choreographic training of athletes in aerobic gymnastics remains one of the central problems of the theory and methods of training athletes. The current level of world achievements in this sport, the growth of its popularity and the expansion of the geography of competitions requires the search for new scientifically sound, effective methods of choreographic training that meet modern trends in sports. One of the ways to improve the methodology of choreographic training in aerobic gymnastics should be intensified work on the technique of performing elements inherent in the sport, as well as choreographic movements. For this purpose, it is necessary to improve the program material on choreographic training, to systematize it according to modern tendencies of development of aerobic gymnastics, and also to adapt to a stage of preparation of the highest achievements of athletes. The article is aimed to increase the effectiveness of choreographic training in aerobic gymnastics at the stage of preparation for higher achievements. Materials and methods: theoretical analysis and generalization of data of scientific, methodical and special literature, documentary materials. The analysis of the data allowed to outline areas for improving the content of choreographic training at the stage of preparation for higher achievements in aerobic gymnastics: creating the latest methods of choreographic training, improving regulations, taking into account the specifics and trends of aerobic gymnastics in software development of choreographic training; development of a control system for choreographic training; improvement of means of education of expressiveness, improvement of compositions of competitive programs. The content of choreographic training of athletes at the stage of preparation for higher achievements in aerobic gymnastics has been improved, in which means and methods of improving choreographic training in accordance with modern requirements of the sport have been selected, the optimal amount of load has been established; means of education of expressiveness and a technique of perfection of competitive compositions have been introduced, means and methods of control of choreographic readiness of athletes have been developed.
The research goal is to model a system of choreographic training in techno-aesthetic kinds of sport. Materials and methods: systematization of scientific sources on the problem under study; method of pedagogical modeling. Results: In this paper, the scientific and methodological justification of the choreographic training system as a purposeful controlled process proceeds from the theory of general training of athletes. It ensures the unity of the stages and unites them into a continuous pedagogical process, makes it possible to consider choreographic training as an integral system with the prediction of choreographic preparedness control in evaluating the indicators of the component criteria; selection of choreographic instruments taking into account the levels of formation of criteria for choreographic preparedness; content and variational methodological support for choreographic training at various stages of multi-year training. Conclusions: a modelled system of choreographic training, which can simultaneously be considered as a separate independent element, and as a component of the general system of training of athletes.

The purpose of the work is to experimentally substantiate the development methodology of special physical and technical preparedness of female basketball players aged 13-14. Material and methods. Basketball players of Sports School №13 (age 13-14 years) took part in the experiment: experimental group (n = 18); control group (n = 18). The experiment was conducted in August 2018 for three months. Before and after the experiment, basketball players were tested for physical fitness (running 6 meters, shuttle running 2x28 meters, flexing their arms in the resting position, jumping rope), technical readiness (speed of defensive movements, throws from different distances, speed ball). To determine the psychophysiological state of the athletes of the experiment, psychophysiological indicators were recorded using the “Psychodiagnostics” computer program (the speed of a simple and complex reaction in various testing modes). To determine the speed of the motor hand was used the test "shifting chips." Results. A method of developing special physical and technical preparedness of basketball players has been developed and introduced into the training process of young basketball players. The technique includes doing exercises with a rubber band, exercises using unstable platforms, and running from non-standard starting positions. Revealed a significant (p<0.05) improvement of indicators in tests: the speed of defensive movements, shuttle run, high-speed ball dribble, throws from different distances of athletes from the experimental group compared to the control group. It was established a significant (p <0.05) difference in performance after conducting the experiment in tests: the speed of a simple and complex reaction and the motility of the hands of the athletes of the experimental group compared to the athletes of the control group. Conclusions. The positive effect of the experimental method on the level of physical, technical preparedness and psycho-physiological state of female basketball players aged 13-14 years is shown.
