The purpose of this research was to study factors affecting stress of online learning due to the COVID-19 situation at the Faculty of Education, Thailand National Sport University Chonburi Campus, and to create equations to predict the stress of students. The samples consisted of 280 students in the Faculty of Education, Thailand National Sport University Chonburi Campus. The research instruments were the Suanprung Stress Test and a questionnaire gauging emotional and mental status, perceived severity of stress, opportunity for risk of stress, perceived usefulness of stress management, university policies that promote stress management, environment, and social support. The data were analyzed in terms of frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis. The results indicated that 1) study stress levels during the COVID-19 situation were at a moderate level: subjects had a mild level of stress 8.93 percent, moderate level of stress 56.78 percent, high level of stress 33.93 percent and severe level of stress 0.36 percent; 2) The subjects’ emotional and mental well-being, perceived severity of stress, perceived usefulness of stress management, University policies that promote stress management, environment, social support were at a high level, and Opportunity for risk of stress moderate level. 3) The factors that related to the stress of online learning due to the COVID-19 situation comprised were 4 variables: achievement perceived usefulness of stress management, opportunity for risk of stress, university policies that promote stress management, and social support. There was a statistically significantly difference at the 0.1 level. These 4 factors could predict the Stress about percentage of 70.50. The significantly predicted equations were as follows: In term of raw scores: Y/ = 75.425 + (-5.180) (X4) + 3.816 (X3) + (-3.465) (X5) + (-2.689) (X7) In term of standard scores: Z / Y = (-0.324) (Z X 4) + 0.280 (Z X 3) + (-0.225) (Z X3) + (-0.165) Z X 7)
The purpose of this study is to examine factors influencing the adjustments made to physical education and sports learning among students in the Faculty of Education at Thailand National Sports University after the COVID-19 pandemic. 595 students were selected using stratified random sampling from undergraduates in the Faculty of Education at Thailand National Sports University during Academic Year 2020. The data were then analyzed in terms of descriptive statistics, Pearson correlation, and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis. The potential influences to the adjustments made to physical education and sports learning after the COVID-19 pandemic among students in Faculty of Education at Thailand National Sports University comprised these 5 variables: 1) activities to promote knowledge of COVID-19 prevention within the university; 2) the university’s policies promoting the prevention of COVID-19; 3) facilities within the university; 4) imitating a classmate’s adjusted behaviors; and 5) learning in class. These 5 factors could predict the adjustments in physical education and sports learning after the COVID-19 pandemic in the studied group with the percentage of 73.60. The significance predicted by equations were as follows: In terms of raw scores: Y/ = -0.175 + 0.384 (X3) + 0.265 (X1) + 0.224 (X4) + 0.084 (X5) + 0.064 (X6) In term of standard scores: Z / Y = 0.357 (ZX3) + 0.356 (ZX1) + 0.207 (ZX4) + 0.067 (ZX5) + 0.062 (ZX6)
The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors of key success indicators in curriculum quality assurance operation for bachelor's degree in Physical Education. The 576 subjects were selected using cluster sampling from curriculum lecturers, staffs, and lecturers at the Academy of Physical Education Curriculum. The instrument was a related questionnaire with a 1-5 rating scale. The data were analyzed using exploratory factor analysis (EFA) with principal component analysis and orthogonal rotation by the Promax method. The results of the study revealed that there were four factors influencing key success indicators in curriculum quality assurance operation for bachelor's degree in Physical Education, sorted by priority. The four factors are: 1) learning management and student assessment components, 2) student potential improvement components, 3) quality of lecturer components, and 4) system and mechanism of curriculum administration. Generally, the obtained factors accounted for 70.166 percent of key success indicators in curriculum quality assurance operation for bachelor's degree in Physical Education.
This paper develops indicators for transformational leadership of undergraduate students at Thailand National Sports University. The development of these indicators was based on in-depth interviews with six informants. The research instrument was a semi-structured interview form. The data collected were inductively analyzed. The development of indicators was accomplished through the synthesis of the data and the conceptual framework for this research investigation. Evaluate indicators of Accuracy Standard Propriety Standard with of five experts was compared with the principle of 3.50, using the research instrument was an Evaluation Form and thence the verification of the quality of the congruence of the indicators. The sample population consisted of 4 5 0 undergraduate students at Thailand National Sports. The research instrument was a rating-scale questionnaire. Confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) was utilized in conjunction with reliance on the maximum likelihood estimation (MLE) technique. Findings were as follows: 1) In regard to the development of indicators for transformational leadership of undergraduate students at Thailand National Sports University, results were as follows: The aspect of idealized influence engendered eight keywords and twenty-two subtopics. The aspect of inspiration motivation exhibited six keywords and thirteen subtopics. The aspect of intellectual motivation evinced six keywords and fourteen subtopics. The aspect of individualized consideration displayed five keywords and eleven subtopics. 2) Assessing indicators for transformational leadership of undergraduate students at Thailand National Sports University All aspects were significantly higher than the threshold 3.50 at the .05 level. 3) The development of indicators for transformational leadership of undergraduate students at Thailand National Sports University were found to have twenty-five indicators. The verification of the quality of appropriateness for the indicators for transformational leadership of undergraduate students at Thailand National Sports University showed that chi-square (χ2) was at 552.93; (probability-value [p-value] at 0.000); degrees of freedom (df) at 271; relative χ2 at 2.04; goodness of fit index (GFI) at 0.91; adjusted goodness of fit index (AGFI) at 0.90; Normal Fit Index (NFI) at 0.99; Comparative Fit Index (CFI) at 0.99 and the root mean square error of approximation (RMSEA) at 0.04. It is concluded that transformational leadership of undergraduate students at Thailand National Sports is consistent with empirical data.
The purpose of this research was to develop a pre-service teachers model in educational institutions of students in the field of physical education, Faculty of Education, a four-year program, using EDFR (Ethnographic Delphi Futures Research) techniques and focus group teaching techniques conducted by 18 experts and 12 group discussion participants with knowledge and abilities and acting as supervisors, mentors, and heads of professional experience training. The research instruments consisted of a semi-structured interview, questionnaires and group discussion guides. The statistics used in the research were median, mode and interquartile range. The results showed that the development of pre-service teachers in a four-year physical education program consisted of four themes: (a) management of the Faculty of Education, significant in the four-year format, 25 management; (b) organizing the courses, significant in the four-year format and 38 course arrangements; (c) development of students’ competency, significant in the four-year format and development of the 22 competencies; and (d) assessment and feedback, significant in the four-year format and 22-character assessment and feedback.
