Antusias warga malang terhadap Rumah Makan sangat tinggi hal ini membuat Rumah Makan tidak pernah sepi oleh pengunjung sehingga mengakibatkan antrian. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengevaluasi kinerja sistem antrian stasiun pelayanan di Rumah Makan sehingga diperoleh penurunan jumlah antrian konsumen. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode simulasi dengan software Arena 10.0 Pengamatan dilaksanakan pada jam 12.00-24.00 untuk mendapatkan data waktu antar kedatangan dan waktu antar pelayanan. Pengukuran waktu menggunakan bantuan stopwatch. Berdasarkan hasil analisa kondisi eksisting, nilai Queue Waiting Time berkisar antara 0-1027 detik, Queue Number Inqueue berkisar antara 0-20 orang, Utilization berkisar antara 0.47%-1% dan Work In Process 1-21 orang. Berdasarkan hasil beberapa skenario yang telah dirancang dan dijalankan dengan bantuan process analyzer software ARENA 10.0 dipilih skenario 2. Pada skenario 2 mengasumsikan penambahan satu fasilitas stasiun pelayanan. Maka model antrian yang cocok adalah Multi Channel-Single Phase (M/M/2) ; (FCFS) dimana terdapat fasilitas 2 stasiun pelayanan pada kondisi ramai jam 14.00-16.00, 18.00-22.00 dan jam 16.00-18.00 pada hari sabtu dan minggu. Penambahan stasiun, dapat mmenurunkan antrian menjadi Queue Waiting Time berkisar antara 0-18 detik, nilai Queue Number Inqueue 1 orang, nilai Utilization berkisar antara 0.37-0.68 % dan nilai Work In Processberkisar antara 1-5. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa skenario 2 menurunkan jumlah antrian 89 %.
One way to keep the air humidity is by increasing the heat transfer with the porous media model. Increasing heat transfer depends on the value of the heat flux on the porous media. The heat flux value can be determined by inserting the porous media into the test section and then flow the vapor. The amount of heat absorbed is influenced by the large diameter of the porous on the media used. Therefore, this study aimed to optimize coconut shell charcoal by activating the charcoal. The purpose of activating coconut shell charcoal is to enlarge the pores so that it absorbs heat better than charcoal that has not been activated. The research method used is an experimental method and compares the results of research with previous studies. The porous media was vaporized for 60 minutes with a vapor temperature of 30 °C, while the vapor speed was varied, namely 1 m/s, 2m/s and 3 m/s. From the research results, that by using coconut shell activated charcoal, the heat flux value was higher than using coconut shell charcoal media. This is because the pore size in activated charcoal is larger and more numerous than charcoal that has not been activated so that it absorbs more heat. In addition, the greater the vapor speed, the higher the heat flux, because in the test section more vapor enters than vapor that comes out so that the porous media has a long time to absorb heat in the vapor. The heat transfer that occurs in porous media includes forced convection heat transfer because it has a value of Gr/Re2 < 1.
Poultry vitamins are one of the nutrients needed by breeders. This poultry vitamin serves to accelerate the growth of poultry, maintain the quality of poultry meat, improve the quality of poultry eggs, prolong poultry egg production and accelerate poultry egg production. One of the partners who was worked together with the ITN Malang team is engaged in the field of poultry vitamins production and wants to increase the turnover of poultry vitamin production. All the time, the price of poultry vitamins from factories is considered high enough so that farmers have objections to buying poultry vitamins from the factory. The community service team observed at the quality of poultry vitamins which are produced in the Purwosari area and will transfer technology to apply a disk mill in the production process which will be able to increase the production of poultry vitamins in good prices but with high quality also. In addition, the community service team will improve the packaging by used aluminum foil to avoid moisture and later will be given a logo to facilitate the sales process to breeders. After improved the packaging, it has expected can be freely marketing with the general standardization of poultry vitamins. So that farmers can get cheap and good quality poultry vitamins. From the results of the activities carried out, it was found that a disk mill machine with a capacity of 150 kg / hour. It if the production of 500 kg takes 3 hours with one workers person. So that the partners can save time and production costs. So that the profits obtained now increase 25% from previous profits. Meanwhile the packaging used by the team partners now used aluminum foil so that the product looks more attractive and is able to hold the product dry.
Permasalahan yang terjadi di PT. Tirta Investama adalah adanya tingginya jumlah downtime di line 5 gallon area gattot kaca. Downtime terjadi dikarenakan botol sering menyangkut dan belum ada standarisasi pemasangan pocket holder. Oleh sebab itu, dilakukan penelitian guna menurunkan jumlah downtime dengan menggunakan metode Continuous Improvement (CI). Penelitian menggunakan metode Continuous Improvement (CI), melalui tahapan Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA). Plan dilakukan untuk mengetahui permasalahan kondisi nyata di lapangan. Setelah itu, mengidentifikasi penyebab-penyebab masalah yang terjadi. Kemudian Do dilakukan untuk memberi saran usulan standarisasi kepada perusahaan. Check dilakukan dengan menyusun intruksi kerja yang digunakan untuk mengetahui standarisasi dilakukan dengan baik pada perusahaan. Action digunakan untuk mengetahui perkembangan setelah ada perbaikan. Setelah semua tahap penelitian dilakukan dan implementasi PDCA, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa jumlah downtime menurun dari 6176,96 menit menjadi 16,52 diatasi dengan standarisasi peralatan dan proses, standarisasi pemasangan komponen, dan standarisasi tenaga kerja. Selain itu, intruksi kerja yang diusulkan, berhasil menurunkan jumlah downtime dan membuat proses produksi menjadi lebih baik.

Batako is an alternative that can be used in the construction of a building, because currently the price of red brick is quite high because the production cost is quite expensive. Besides, the price of firewood used for cooking red brick is getting difficult. Meanwhile, the demand for brick gradually increased because brick was one of the main components in building construction. So it needs to be developed in making brick blocks because the time is relatively short in the drying process. Therefore the community service team made a brick making machine with a vibration system for compaction and a faster production process in brick making using a machine that has been made, so that it can increase partner income, who previously produced 120 pieces with a manual system using a machine that could produce 500 pieces of brick per day.
