According to the Health Research (Riskesdas) in 2013 estimated prevalence of anemia in Indonesia ≥ 20%. naemia in adolescent girls one of which is caused by poor eating behaviors such as restriction of food intake, vegetarian diet and others - others. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors that influence eating behavior of young women anemia and anemia in SMA Kendal. This research is an observational cross-sectional quantitative approach. The population in this study were all high school student Affairs at Kendal Town, sampling technique in this study Using proportionate stratified random sampling in 91 respondents. The results showed the Young Women who are anemic as much as 25.6%, Behavior eat as much as 44.4 % less good, less good knowledge as much as 65.6 %. Young women whose attitude toward good nutritional needs as much as 55.6%, which parents contribute as much as 58.9 %, which peers contribute as much as 63.3%, and the media play a young woman who is as much as 56.7 %. Feeding behavior of young women who are not anemic better than eating behavior of young women who are not anemic (p=0.035). Variables that are not associated with feeding behavior is the attitude of young women, the role of parents and the role of peers. This can be concluded that the feeding behavior of young women who are not anemic better than eating behavior of young women are anemic. Attitude ( OR 2.692 ) and the role of parents ( OR 3.746 ) effect together - at the feeding behavior of young women.Keywords: feeding behavior, young women, anemia
The incidence of placenta previa has doubled in women who smoke. This happens because the carbon dioxide inhaled can cause placental hypertrophy, thereby affecting the development of the placenta. The purpose of this study was to identify maternal passive smokers against the incidence of placenta previa. This type of research is descriptive survey, which is a method carried out with the aim of describing a situation objectively. Method of sampling with accidental sampling as many as 20 respondents who experienced placenta previa in November 2107-May 2018. From the results of the study it can be concluded that mothers with placenta previa passive smokers as many as 15 people (75%) and mothers giving placenta previa non-passive smokers as many as 5 people (25%) in conclusion, there are 15 maternal mothers with placenta previa passive smokers (75%) in Kendal District Hospital. It is recommended for the community especially pregnant women if their husbands, family members or the surrounding community who smoke, should avoid or wear masks so that they are not exposed to cigarette smoke and do not interfere with pregnancy in childbirth later.
The first two early years of life is a crucial period because the baby will grow a lot and develop quickly. Malnutrition in the first two years of life will be permanent, irreversible eventhough the nutritional needs of the next period has been given. The member of family must practice health All the family member implement nutrititonal behaviour to prevent he occuurencess of malnutrition and they are able to overcome the problem of it. The purpose of this study was to identify the levels of nutrittion in infants and toddlers in Cepiring Village Kendal Regency. This research is a descriptive research. The approach used is the survey approach. Respondents who were the subject of this study were families who have babies and toddlers aged 0-59 months. The research used cluster sampling technique, the sample was 45 respondents. The results obtained that 33, 3% respondents gave breastfeeding exclusively, 93 % consumed healthy food everyday, 61 % respondents used iodize salt for cooking everyday, 91,7 % respondents consumed vitamin A and 94,4% went to scale the baby weight regularly to the Posyandu. It can be concluded that the familily nutritional behaviour in Cepiring Village is average good. The suggestion to the mothers who have newborn is to exclusively breastfeeding until 6 months old
ABSTRAKLatar Belakang: Pelayanan KB pada masa pandemic mengalami perubahan yang dilaksanakan sesuai dengan protocol Kesehatan yang diberlakukan oleh pemerintah selama masa Pandemi. Masih banyak masyarakat yang belum memahami prosedur pelayanan akseptor dimas pandemic . Metode: kegiatan ini berlangsung pada tanggal 27 Juni 2020 di Laborat UPP Poltekkes Semarang Kampus Kendal . dimulai dengan kegiatan pre test,lalu pemberian penyuluhan Kesehatan tentang pedoman pelayanan akseptor KB dimasa Pandemi Covid 19 secara luring dilaksanakan oleh seluruh dosen kebidananan bekerjasama dengan PC IBI Kabuapten Kendal, DP2KBP2PA Kendal dan tim pengawal kodim Kabupaten Kendal. Dilanjutkan diskusi pelayanan akseptor dan diakhiri post test.Hasil: pengetahuan akseptor tentang pelayanan KB dimasa pandemic meningkat menjadi baik 75 % Kesimpulan: Penyuluhan Kesehatan yang dilakukan secara langsung dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan akseptor tentang pelayanan KB di masa Pandemi yang akan menurunkan angka kegagalan KB selama masa pandemic covid 19. There are still many people who don't understand the acceptor service procedure during the pandemicMethods: This activity took place on 27 June 2020 at the UPP Poltekkes Semarang Health Laboratory, Kendal Campus. starting with pre-test activities, then providing health education about family planning acceptor service guidelines during the Covid 19 Pandemic offline carried out by all midwifery lecturers in collaboration with PC IBI Kendal Regency, Kendal DP2KBP2PA and the Kendal District Kodim guard team. Followed by a discussion of acceptor services and ended with a post testResults: knowledge of acceptors about family planning services during the pandemic increased to 75%Conclusion: Health counseling that is carried out directly can increase acceptors' knowledge about family planning services during the pandemic which will reduce the number of family planning failures during the covid 19 pandemic.
Death in newborn can be prevented by breast feeding. Infants who are breastfed early will begin their lives in the healthiest way. The prelimenary survey was conducted on 10 active health cadres in Peron Village and Kedungboto Village, 6 of whom had less supportive attitudes towards exclusive breeastfeeding.The purpose of this study was determine the relationship between attitudes and exclusive breastfeeding practice in active village health cadres.This type of research is observational analytic, which is descriptive quantitative by using a cross sectional approach. The data source is primary data and secondary data. The Sample of this study is the total population, a total of 50 respondents.The results showed that attitudes abouit exclusive breastfeeding was classified as a good with a score of 6-8 by 68% (34 people).There is asignificant relationship between attitudes with the practice of exclusive breastfeeding counseling for active villages health cadres, advice for policy makers to develop programs for seminars or training on exclusive breastfeeding for health cadres of in active alert villages.
