Nausea vomiting (Emesis gravidarum) is most commonly found complaint occur in pregnant mothers by 50-90%, with 2% ended into excessive nausea vomiting (hyperemesis gravidarum) that can harm the mother and baby. One of the safest non-pharmacological therapies to be given to nausea mothers of vomiting during pregnancy is lemon aromatherapy. The objective of this study was to attest the effect of lemon aromatherapy in decreasing nausea in the first trimester of pregnancy. The method were used in this research is pre experimental with One Group Pre-Post Test Design. The population was collected using consecutive sampling technique that fulfilled the inclusion criteria, on the first trimester pregnant mothers in midwife practice Sidoarjo who experienced nausea vomiting, and was amounted to 36 respondents. The datas were then analyzed by using Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test with α = 0,05. The results showed that the scale of nausea vomiting at the first trimester pregnancy before being given aromatherapy was Mean + SD 23,33 + 3,91, while after being given aromatherapy was Mean + SD 13,67 + 4,071. The result of Wilcoxon Sign Rank Test with significance level of α = 0.05, obtained p = 0.0001 (P <α 0.05), therefore H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. The cconclusions of the study showed that lemon aromatherapy had significant effect in reducing nausea vomiting in the first trimester of pregnancy. Some suggestion for health officer (midwife), they can recommend and apply alternative therapy, such as lemon aromatherapy to reduce and to overcome nausea vomiting. It can further be developed for more researched about complementary therapy to overcome nausea vomiting.

The results of the study do light exercise is more effective from the first day up to day 3 with a P value = 0.000 By doing light exercise rather than the use of kunyit asam is more effective to decrease dysmenorrhea pain Increasing the awareness of young women about the importancedoing light sport / light exerciseto reduce pain disminorea Key Ward : Dysminorea, Light Exercise, Turmeric Acid
Injectable contraceptive is a contraceptive method with many side effects, hormonal injectables have away of working systemically in the body, causing systemic side effects on the body as well. Based on the results of the BKKBN and PLKB(Field Extension Family Planning) Driyorejo’s village injectables users is quite high compared to other contraceptives. The purpose of this studyw as to determine the old picture with the use of progestin injectables incidence of secondary amenorrhea.The design of this research is descriptive method. The study population was all acceptors progestin’s injection in the hamlet of Karanglo Driyorejo’s village-Gresik of 18 acceptors.The entire population can be the subject of research. Data were collected byi nterview using the interview guidelines.The results of this study indicate that the majority of acceptors progestin injectables using progestin injectables for > 1 year by 80 %. The majority of acceptors progestin injectables contraception experiencing secondary amenorrhea by 75 %. Most of the acceptors were using progestin injectables ≤ 1 year of amenorrhea is not having by 100 %Conclusion research that most acceptors progestin injectables > 1 year experience secondary amenorrhea. It is recommended that the ministry, in particular midwives improve counseling and information to each acceptor progestin injectables especially about the possible side effects so there is no misunderstanding between service providers and service recipients.
