Abstrak: Tujuan pelatihan penulisan surat dinas pada perangkat kantor desa Jatisela adalah untuk meningkatkan pemahaman perangkat desa tentang penulisan surat resmi yang baik dan benar. Kegiatan program pengabdian pada masyaakat ini berlangsung selama tiga hari, yaitu pada tanggal 22, 23, 24 November 2017 yang bertempat di aula Kantor Desa Jatisela. Jumlah perangkat/staf desa yang mengikuti pelatihan penulisan surat dinas ini berjumlah 8 orang. Berdasarkan tabel di atas, nilai ejaan peserta kegiatan sudah sangat baik, artinya bahwa ada peningkatan dalam memahami Ejaan Bahasa Indonesia. Pada hari ini juga, peserta kegiatan dan tim pelaksana mengadakan refleksi dan evaluasi mengenai materi yang sudah disampaikan. Dengan demikian, peserta kegiatan dapat menyusun surat dinas dengan baik dan benar sesuai Pedoman Umum Ejaan Bahasa Indonesia. Kata Kunci : Pelatihan, Surat Dinas, Perangkat Desa Abstract: The purpose of training on writing the official letter on the Jatisela village office equipment is to improve the understanding of village apparatus about writing good and correct official letter. The program of community service activity lasted for three days, ie on 22, 23, 24 November 2017 which was held in the hall of Jatisela Village Office. The number of village staff / staff attending this letter writing training is 8 people. Based on the above table, the spelling value of the participants is very good, meaning that there is an improvement in understanding the Indonesian Spelling. On this day also, the participants of the activity and the implementing team held a reflection and evaluation of the material that has been delivered. ABSTRAKPara siswa yang belajar di Yayasan Tanah Bintang merupakan siswa yang ingin belajar ekstra. Siswa-siswa tersebut pagi hari belajar di sekolah formal, sore hari belajar bahasa asing dan kerajinan tangan di yayasan. Untuk pembelajaran bahasa, bahasa Indonesia digunakan sebagai bahasa pengantar sebab guru dan siswa adalah penutur bahasa Indonesia sekaligus pembelajar bahasa asing. Pada saat berinteraksi di kelas, para siswa menggunakan bahasa Indonesia nonformal, jauh dari kata benar. Pelaksanaan pengabdian ini memiliki tujuan agar para siswa dapat mengenal bahasanya sendiri sebelum mempelajari bahasa asing, hal ini juga akan berdampak pada pengenalan bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar pada warga asing yang tengah belajar bahasa Indonesia. Sehingga bahasa Indonesia yang digunakan tidak merujuk pada bahasa kontemporer atau bahasa gaul, akan tetapi mengacu pada kaidah bahasa Indonesia yang baik dan benar, yakni bahasa lisan yang dapat dipahami lawan bicara serta tidak menyinggung yang sesuai dengan etika berbahasa, dan bahasa tulis yang memiliki acuan jelas yakni PUEBI dan KBBI. Kegiatan pengabdian yang berlangsung selama 4 kali pertemuan ini dinilai berhasil, peserta mengalami kemajuan dari pengetahuan tentang bahasa yang baik dan benar. Hasil akhir yang tampak adalah bahwa peserta mulai memahami perbedaan Bahasa yang baik dan Bahasa yang benar, serta penempatannya dalam berkomunikasi dan menulis. Beside studying formally at school, they also learn about foreign language and handicrafts at the foundation. In language learning, Indonesian Language is used as an instruction since teachers and students are the native speakers while studying foreign language. During classroom activity, students usually use non-formal Indonesian which is unstandardized. That is the reason of this devotion, in order to help students to comprehend and understand their Indonesian firstly before learning other foreign languages. It is also aimed at impacting foreigners vice versa to learn Indonesian correctly as standardized. Therefore, the use of Indonesian will refer to Official Indonesian Spelling System rather than slang and contemporary language. The use in spoken language must be understood by interlocutors and should not offend the language etiquette . Other, in written language must be based on PUEBI and KBBI references. The four times meeting devotional has successful to take place due to the enhanced knowledge about the use of correct language itself. In designing lecture materials for one semester in the form of a concept map, there are some steps that are absolutely necessary, especially for lecturers for learning planning and microteaching. In accordance with the description, the purpose of this research is to describe the process of learning improvement with a collaborative approach. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method with a descriptive approach and action. The subjects of the research were the 5th semester students of the Indonesian Language and Literature Education Study Program totaling 26 people, then the method of data collection using observation, tests and documentation. Data analysis uses a qualitative descriptive model with data reduction activities, data presentation, and data verification or draw conclusions. The results of this study indicate that learning through a collaborative approach can improve teaching skills and prepare teaching preparation. This is marked by several things, namely 1) the learning tools prepared by students in the form of concept maps to be discussed; 2) an increase in students 'ability or understanding is influenced by the availability of maximum learning tools, learning media that can hone students' mindset such as observing, identifying, analyzing, discovering new things, communicating, and concluding the concepts of skill set and teaching skills with refers to concept maps that are made and assisted with learning tools, namely RPS, RPM, methods, learning media, learning resources, assessment, then makes chapter designs and lesson designs that have been prepared by the lecturer.
Abstrak: Keterampilan berbahasa yang paling kompleks adalah keterampilan menulis. Dikatakan kompleks, karena keterampilan menulis menuntut penulis untuk dapat menyusun dan mengorganisasikan isi tulisan serta menuangkan gagasan, perasaan, dalam bentuk bahasa tulis untuk tujuan memberi tahu, meyakinkan dan menghibur para pembaca. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kemampuan membuat peta konsep alur dari buku fiksi dan non fiksi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIII 3 SMP yang berjumlah 33 orang.Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, metode observasi, metode tugas, dan metode dokumentasi.Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus Penilaian Acuan Patokan (PAP) dengan menentukan kemampuan individu dan kelompok. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, dapat disimpulkan kemampuan membuat peta konsep alur dari buku fiksi dan nonfiksi bahwa kemampuan individu peserta didik yakni, 1) Kelompok berkemampuan tinggi 31 siswa (94%), kelompok berkemampuan sedang 2 siswa (6%), dan kelompok berkemampuan rendah tidak ada (0%). 2) Kemampuan kelompok siswa atau Indeks Prestasi Kumulatif (IPK) dengan nilai 80.78 berada pada kategori tinggi dengan rentang skor 70.5-89. Abstract: The most complex language skills are writing skills. Said to be complex, because writing skills require writers to be able to compile and organize the contents of writing and pour ideas, feelings, in the form of written language for the purpose of informing, convincing and entertaining readers. This study aims to describe the ability to make flow map concepts from fiction and non-fiction books. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive study. The subjects in this study were students of class VIII with 33 people. Data collection methods used in this study are, observation methods, task methods, and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques used the Benchmark Reference Assessment (PAP) formula by determining individual and group abilities. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded the ability to make flow map concepts from fiction and nonfiction books for class VIII students that the individual abilities of students namely, 1) High-ability groups of 31 students (94%), capable groups moderate 2 students (6%), and low-ability groups are absent (0%). 2) The ability of a student group or Grade Point Average (GPA) with a value of 80.78 is in the high category with a score range of 70.5-89.
