: 20, 40, 60, 80, 120, 180, 250, 310, 410 and COLOR BEHAVIOR OF PAU-MARFIM (Balfourodendron riedelianum) WOOD LAMINATES TREATED WITH FINISHING PRODUCTS. Transmission line outages caused by fires are frequent and affect the electric power supply to the population. Studying the factors that may aid in the understanding of this problem is fundamental to improve performance and guide future projects involving this type of installation. This study analyzed the forest inventories of vegetation adjacent to three Brazilian transmission line trunks and calculated their specific fire loads. The results were compared with the performance of these installations and revealed a high correlation (R2=0.9877) between the fire load and the number of transmission line outages, demonstrating the influence of vegetation on the operation of these installations.
This paper presents a methodology for identifying a model of a dynamical system. This model is of interest for transient electromagnetic studies, and especially for the evaluation of fast transients in electrical power systems. The methodology uses identification technique implemented in Matlab and based on the software termed as vector fitting. The method is used to evaluate the system identification process in a dynamic model representation of a 9-bus power system. The calculated model (dynamic equivalent) replaces part of the threephase grid which is assumed as external to the network to be preserved (study area). The transfer functions of the original system in the form of discrete points were obtained from the software ATP (Alternative Transient Program), widely known in the power system electromagnetic transient community. The performance of the methodoly is demonstrated considering several results concerning the parameter identification of curves.
