Purchase intention is one of the aspects that ensures the success of the company's revenue goals. Customers' online purchase intention is confirmed by various aspects, including online customer reviews and online customer ratings. Likewise, for Shopee customers in Gianyar Regency, online customer reviews and online customer ratings are two variables that can influence purchase intention. This study also aims to identify the positive and significant influence between online customer reviews and online customer ratings simultaneously and partially on the purchase intention of Shopee customers in Gianyar Regency. Information collection methods used in this study were observation, interviews and questionnaires. The number of respondents used in this study are 96 people with the method of determining the sample using purposive random sampling. Furthermore, the information was analyzed using quantitative analysis consisting of Research Instrument Test, Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Determination Analysis, F-Test and t-Test, using the IBM SPSS Statistic 25 software. The results of the analysis prove that there is a positive and significant influence simultaneously and partially between online customer reviews and online customer ratings on Shopee customer purchase intention in Gianyar Regency. The critical review in this paper can contribute to researchers in the field of marketing, making use of online commerce to explore opportunities for future research gaps, explore various other signals that have not been revealed and develop more diverse future studies.
The Covid pandemic has changed the pattern of people's life habits, one of the impacts felt is that the operational needs of the office work industry, schools and so on have shifted during the pandemic. One of the impacts that arises is the need for an internet connection network that supports online operational activities. This need raises opportunities for business actors and competition and competition to win the hearts of new people and old consumers to continue using the internet network services offered by the company. Based on the results of previous studies, it is strengthened that by paying attention to and increasing the existence of perceived value and the existence of customer engagement will have a strong influence on customer loyalty. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of perceived value on customer engagement and customer loyalty, the next purpose is to determine the influence of perceived value on customer loyalty through customer engagement, especially the picture related to consumer loyalty of internet network users of the global media network. The research uses a quantitative method approach, the method of determining the number of samples using the slovin approach with a total sample of 280 consumers. The data collection method is carried out by observation techniques, interviews and the distribution of research questionnaires. Data analysis was carried out using SEM-PLS data processing software with descriptive analysis stages, inferential analysis and evaluation of the goodness of fit PLS models. The results showed that perceived value has no influence on customer loyalty, perceived value has a positive effect on customer enagement and customer engagement has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer enagement has a mediation role full of perceived value towards customer loyalty.
Semenjak terjadinya pandemi Covid-19, banyak perusahaan mengalami penurunan dalam penjulannya termasuk Canvasing Nirmala yang berada di kabupaten Klungkung yang mengalami fluktuasi penjualan selama tahun 2021 dan tidak dapat mencapai target penjualan bulanan. Hal ini membuat Canvassing Nirmala melakukan berbagai inovasi dalam meningkatkan penjualannya. Beberapa diantaranya adalah dengan memberikan potongan harga dan melakukan promosi penjualan yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan keputusan pembelian para konsumen. Diharapkan dengan meningkatnya keputusan pembelian akan berdampak pada peningkatan hasil penjualan. Populasi pada penelitian ini sebanyak 134 orang konsumen tetap pada Canvassing Nirmala di Kabupaten Klungkung. Pengambilan sampel, dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode purposive random sampling sebanyak 58 orang responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, studi kepustakaan dan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis kuantitatif yang terdiri dari uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, analisis determinasi, analisis statistik uji F (F-test) dan analisis statistik uji t (t-tes). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan secara simultan dan parsial antara potongan harga dan promosi penjualan terhadap keputusan pemebelian di Canvassing Nirmala di Kabupaten Klungkung.
