The purpose of the study is to reveal the features of the development of adaptive educational resources for children with special educational needs (hereinafter — SEN). The objectives of the study were to substantiate the requirements, the evaluation criteria for adaptive educational resources for children with OOP, based on the structure of his disease, cognitive needs and interests, the creation of promising models for various categories of children. The proposed characteristics can become an effective tool for improving and improving textbooks of a new generation for children with SEN. This research was conducted by the Republican Scientific and Practical Center for the Examination of the Content of Education together with the National Academy of Education named after Y. Altynsarin of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan within the framework of program-targeted financing of the research OR 11465474 «Scientific foundations of modernization of the education and science system».
