Hasil belajar matematika adalah penilaian hasil proses belajar matematika yang dinyatakan dalam bentuk angka, huruf, atau simbol yang dapat mencerminkan hasil yang telah dicapai oleh siswa atau anak dalam periode tertentu [1]. Dalam prosesnya hasil belajar dapat dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor. Intelegensi dan task commitment merupakan salah satu faktor intern yang dapat mempengaruhi hasil belajar. Penelitian ini mengkaji pengaruh kemampuan intelegensi dan task commitment terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas XII Man 1 Jember, serta mencari tahu manakah faktor yang lebih dominan diantara keduanya. Dalam penelitian ini metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode dokumentasi dan kuesioner (angket). Pengambian sampel menggunakan teknik Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling yang mana jumlah sampel yang digunakann yaitu sebanyak 169 siswa. Berdasarkan proses analisis diperoleh hasil yaitu Kemampuan intelegensi dan task commitment siswa secara parsial (individu) ataupun bersama-sama mempengaruhi hasil belajar matematika siswa, dengan persamaan garis regresi Y = -30,575 + 1,140X1 + 0,288X2 + ei. Kemampuan intelegensi memilki pengaruh lebih dominan yaitu sebesar 5,6%, sedangkan task commitment memiliki pengaruh sebesar 3,1%

Some studies state that mathematical ideas sometimes could be derived through a cultural-based habit or activities. This research was investigated how students are struggle in making sense three-dimensional shapes concepts by observing how Osing people doing a simple mathematical explanation in their celebrating annual festival called Tumpeng Sewu (Thousands of Tumpeng). Besides, as one of the dynamic software, GeoGebra software seems to be a great idea to be integrated into university-level geometry learning. To that end, a study was conducted to know how the Osing ways in making tumpeng to be collected and presented during the Tumpeng Sewu. Morover, it can help mathematics education students at University of Jember to do a better way in making sense of three-dimensional shapes concepts. After doing some research phases, the result of the statistical analysis shows the differences between pre-test and post-test score. In addition, a positive response related to the use of GeoGebra is achieved and the use of GeoGebra during geometry space learning can help in setting up effective geometry learning.
Ethnomatematics is a science used to understand how mathematics is adapted from a culture. The purpose of this study is to dig ethnomatematics on the making of batik tulis Kangkung Setingkes and create a student worksheet in accordance with the curriculum 2013. This type of research is qualitative with ethnographic approaches. The subject in this study amounted to seven people. Data Collection using observation methods, interviews, and documentation. Data collection results are analyzed descriptively. Based on the analysis of data from the observation and interviews, obtained ethnomatematics in the process of making batik in the Setingkes Kangkung. The meaning of Ethnomatematics is the concept of algebraic and geometric concepts. Algebraic concepts include counting, measuring, and masing and geometry concepts, such as point, line, angle, construction, congruation, and Geometry transformation (translation, rotation, reflection, dilation). Ethnomatematics in this study were made as student worksheets for class VII of comparative material and the XI class of geometry transformation material.
Etnomatematika adalah hubungan antara matematika dan budaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan etnomatematika Batik Bondowoso. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi. Subjek penelitian adalah 3 pengrajin di rumah produksi Batik Kironggo. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yaitu dengan cara melakukan observasi lapangan kemudian memberikan beberapa pertanyaan terkait apa saja yang dilakukan oleh ketiga subjek itu di lapangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya etnomatematika pada batik Bondowoso khususnya di rumah produksi Ki Ronggo berupa titik, garis, sudut, bentuk 2D (persegi, belah ketupat dan lingkaran), persamaan dan transformasi geometri (pergeseran, refleksi, rotasi dan dilatasi).
