Artikel ini adalah hasil kajian pustaka melalui metode diskriftif kualitatif yang mengkaji tentang gambaran umum prestasi belajar siswa dari berbagai aspek dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi sehingga dihasilkan sebuah kesimpulan bahwa terdapat tiga aspek prestasi dalam belajar siswa yaitu aspek kognitif dan aspek afektif serta aspek psikomotorik dengan dua faktor yang mempengaruhi sebuah hasil dari prestasi tersebut diantaranya adalah faktor internal seperti pertama faktor fisiologi kedua faktor psikologi ketiga faktor kematangan fisik maupun psikis sedangkan faktor eksternal diantaranya adalah pertama faktor sosial kedua faktor budaya dan ketiga faktor lingkungan.
Tulisan ini merupakan kajian literasi melalui motode deskriptif berkenaan dengan pandangan Yasser Auda tentang penerapan hukum Islam dan tujuan dari penerapan hukum tersebut, di mana penerapan suatu hukum pasti memiliki tujuan. Menurut Jasser Auda syariat pada dasarnya berpijak pada hikmah dan kemaslahatan umat manusia. Jasser Auda menjabarkan pengertian syariah Islam melalui spektrum perbedaan antara konsep syariah, fiqh dan fatwa. Pendekatan berbasis maqashid mampu memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan ushul fiqh, karena teori maqashid cocok dengan kriteria metodologi dasar yang bersifat rasional, sehingga tujuan akhir penerapan syari’at yaiyu terciptanya kemaslahatan, hilangnya kemufsadatan dapat tercapai, dan pada akhirnya dapat memberikan manfaatnya bagi semua manusia sesuai visi Islam rahmatan li al-„alamin.
Guru yang merupakan icon penting dalam dunia pendidikan Islam, di mana keberhasilan lembaga pendidikan Islam dalam mencetak peserta didiknya tidak terlepas dari eksistensi pendidik yang memiliki sifat-sifat pendidik yang baik di samping kemampuan skillnya sedang al-Qur’an merupakan qur’anan, hudan dan al-Furqan oleh karena itu mata pelajaran al-Qur’an merupakan sesuatu hal yang bisa dikatakan wajib dalam program pengembangan kurikulum di lembaga pendidikan Islam namun pada kenyataannya dari data yang didapat dan observasi lapangan ketersedian guru mata pelajaran Al-Qur’an di Sekolah Dasar Mujahidin 2 Surabaya masih minim dari segi kualitas dan profesionalitas sehingga capaian pembelajaran pada mata pelajaran al-Qur’an pun kurang sesuai yang diharapkan sehingga Teori operant coditioning oleh B.F. Skinner yaitu condisioning dalam arti kebiasaan, insight yang berarti pengertian, dan modelling dengan pengertian tauladan dirasa sangat sesuai melalui pendekatan, strategi, metode, dan teknik pembelajaran dalam proses pembelajaran al-Qur’an maka selanjutnya penggabungan dari metode pembiasaan, pengertian dan tauladan terbukti efektif dalam capaian pembelajaran al-Qur’an di Sekolah Dasar Mujahidin 2 Surabaya
In the context of Indonesia, especially after the New Order government, many changes occurred in the structure of our constitutional system. The transition of forms of government from centralized to decentralized, changes in democratic climate, the strengthening of the issue of human rights, a firmer recognition of cultural, religious and racial pluralism, all of which have implications for Government policies in the field of education. The aim of this paper is to reveale the transformation of curriculum in islamic religion education. This study used literature review. The result of this paper that there has been a paradigm shift in the PAI curriculum in public universities after the New Order government, especially in the 2002 PAI curriculum. The paradigm developed sees Islam as a dynamic and responsive perspective towards the present.
Religious education in schools is expected to have a significant impact on the development of students' religious and social character so as to prevent them from immoral social behavior. This research tries to identify extracurricular activities that help improve the social and religious character of students. This research uses qualitative methodologies, with in-depth interviews providing as data collecting technique. The data were subsequently analysed utilising triangulation techniques by modifying existing theories. According to the findings of this study, the school offers an Islamic tarbiyah programme as an extracurricular activity from Saturday through Sunday. Every day, a programme called tawjihat murabbiyat is used to control Islamic tarbiyah activities. In addition to extracurricular activities, the improvement of students' religious and social character is accomplished by the incorporation of religious principles into subject matter and the entrenching of appropriate behaviour in school culture. Developing social character involves working on a variety of skills, including discipline, respect for others, serving both parents, tolerance, humility, and caring for others and the environment. Concerning the religious attitudes fostered by the program, such as the practise of congregational prayer, the wearing of the veil, and hostility towards Wahdah Islamiyah and Mutamayyiz Muslims.
