Artikel ini adalah hasil kajian pustaka melalui metode diskriftif kualitatif yang mengkaji tentang gambaran umum prestasi belajar siswa dari berbagai aspek dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi sehingga dihasilkan sebuah kesimpulan bahwa terdapat tiga aspek prestasi dalam belajar siswa yaitu aspek kognitif dan aspek afektif serta aspek psikomotorik dengan dua faktor yang mempengaruhi sebuah hasil dari prestasi tersebut diantaranya adalah faktor internal seperti pertama faktor fisiologi kedua faktor psikologi ketiga faktor kematangan fisik maupun psikis sedangkan faktor eksternal diantaranya adalah pertama faktor sosial kedua faktor budaya dan ketiga faktor lingkungan.
This paper discusses good environmental governance in the framework of environmental protection and management. The evironmental view of governance itself provides a conceptual framework in which public and private behavior is regulated in supporting more ecologically oriented arrangements. The framework forms a reciprocal relationship between the community (global, regional, national and local) in dealing with the access and use of environmental goods and services and binds them (at any level) with certain specific environmental ethics. Then as a system, Environmental Governance consists of socio-cultural aspects, political and economic interactions among many actors in civil society. In managing and protecting the environment around it is needed cooperation between humans, humans are very important to manage and protect the environment in which they live. Starting from the government and until the people have the same rights and obligations in managing and protecting the environment without exception. Not limited wherever domicile. Both rural communities, rural and urban areas, become an important part of the realization of a good and healthy environment. The existence of the community will be very effective if its role in controlling the management of the exis ting environment.
The presence of political dynasties that encompassed power struggles at regional to national levels resulted in the substance of democracy itself being difficult to realize. The flourishing of political dynasties - especially in the regions - is inseparable from the role of political parties and regulations on the elections. Oligarchy in the body of political parties causes the mechanism of candidacy and nomination to not run as it should. During this time, there is a tendency for candidates to be nominated by political parties based on the wishes of the party elite - not through democratic mechanisms that take into account the subjective abilities and integrity of candidates. In addition, at the same time, political dynasties continue to build a strong network of power so that they can maintain their power within the party body both at the regional and central levels so that political dynasties are able to dominate and kill democracy in political parties.
Education needs to formulate a curriculum that suits the digital era, especially in terms of digital literacy and cyber wellness. This research was conducted to get an overview of digital literacy curriculum management in kindergarten. A total of 122 kindergartens were purposely selected to take part in a survey of this study. Of the 122 kindergartens, 27 kindergartens have integrated digital literacy education in schools, while 95 kindergartens have no integrated digital literacy education in schools. Then, the 27 kindergartens joined a focus group discussion and the results showed that there were six valid and reliable indicators to evaluate the implementation of digital literacy curriculum management in kindergarten, they are: 1)availability of digital infrastructure; 2) competence of managers and teachers in digital literacy; 3) curriculum objectives related to mastery of basic digital literacy competencies in children; 4) digital literacy implementation in school (children’s learning experiences); 5) digital literacy teaching materials and strategies in schools and 6) parental involvement in curriculum development. In addition, there is a need for a technology integration development module in kindergarten classes that can become a guide for teachers and parents when using digital technology with children.
