The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze purchasing decisions that are influenced by brand awareness, quality, association, and loyalty through brand trust. This type of research is a causal relationship with an explanatory character. The population in this research is the photography community DSLR (Digital Single Lens Reflex) camera users in Malang, East Java, totaling 190 respondents. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 66 respondents. The analysis used is path analysis, and the results show that purchasing decisions are influenced by brand awareness, quality, association, and loyalty through brand trust. The results showed that purchasing decisions are influenced by awareness, quality, association, and brand loyalty through brand trust.
This study aims to analyze and explain (1) To determine the effect of Attractiveness, Trustworthiness, Expertise partially influential on Tourism Decisions; (2) To find out the influence of Attractiveness, Trustworthiness, Expertise simultaneously influence on Tourism Decisions; (3) To determine the effect of Attractiveness, Trustworthiness, Expertise partially influence Awareness; (4) To find out the influence of Attractiveness, Attractiveness, Trustworthiness, Expertise simultaneously influence on Awareness; (5) To determine the effect of Tourism Decisions have an effect on Awareness; (6) To find out the influence of Attractiveness, Trustworthiness, Expertise partially influence Awareness through Tourism Decisions as an intervening variable.This study uses a data collection method with a questionnaire, with a quantitative approach. The population that is the object of research is tourists visiting the South Malang Coast region. Testing the analysis using path analysis.The results of this study indicate (a) Partial testing of variables consisting of attractiveness, trustworthiness, expertise that affect travel decisions viewed from the significant value is attractiveness. (b) Simultaneous test results of variables consisting of attractiveness, trustworthiness, expertise that affect travel decisions by 43.4% (c) Partial test results of variables consisting of attractiveness, trustworthiness, expertise, which affect the awareness seen from the significant value is attractiveness. (d) Simultaneous test results of variables consisting of attractiveness, trustworthiness, expertise, travel decisions that affect awareness 23.8%. (e) The test results of the influence of a tour decision on awareness are influential with a significant value of 0,000 less than 0.05 at a 95% confidence level. (f) The results of the test of the influence of attractiveness, trustworthiness, expertise influencing Awareness through the Travel Decision as an intervening variable were found that the tour decision was an intervening variable due to an increase in the value of direct influence and from the results of testing through the variable of the travel decision.
Situasi dan kondisi pandemi COVID-19 tidak mengahalangi dan mengurangi semangat remaja untuk menjalani usaha untuk berbisnis. Para remaja memiliki waktu luang yang cukup banyak, terutama yang sedang berkuliah atau masih sekolah dan melakukan pembelajaran secara daring. Remaja saat ini erat kaitannya dengan smartphone dan internet, ini bisa dimanfaatkan sebagai media yang efektif untuk melakukan kegiatan melakukan pemasaran. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk; 1) menumbuhkan jiwa enterpreneurship dan mendorong dan menggali potensi enterpreneurship melalui ide-ide kreatif, 2) mampu membuat business plan, 3) mampu menjalankan bisnis dengan pemanfaatan e-marketing. Metode yang dipergunakan berupa ceramah, penugasan mandiri, presentasi, diskusi dan praktik bisnis. Kegiatan yang dilakukan meliputi pelatihan enterpreneurship, pelatihan business plan, penggunaan media sosial, presentasi business plan dan praktik bisnis. Setelah kegiatan pengembangan kewirausahaan dilaksanakan, dilakukan evaluasi. Hasilnya menunjukkan 100% peserta menyatakan mengalami peningkatan knowledge dan skill setelah mengikuti kegiatan dan 90 % menunjukkan perubahan sikap yaitu menjalankan usaha. Kegiatan Pelatihan dan sosialisasi yang bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan jiwa enterpreneurship yang diberikan pada remaja ternyata mampu menumbuhkan jiwa enterpreneur, memunculkan ide yang kreatif, mampu membuat business plan serta remaja mampu memanfaatkan e-marketing sebgai media pemasaran.
Purpose: This study aims to identify the factors influencing product innovation that will form a sustainable competitive advantage that will affect marketing performance. Design/methodology/approach: This study uses four hypotheses that are tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) using AMOS 18 software. For 101 respondents. Findings: The results of this study indicate that: a) Product Innovation (X) has a significant effect on competitive advantage (Z). b) Product Innovation (X) has a significant effect on Marketing Performance (Y). c) Sustainable Competitive Advantage (Z) has a significant effect on Marketing Performance (Y) d) Product Innovation (X) has a significant effect on Marketing Performance (Y) through Sustainable Competitive Advantage (Y) and SEM data processing for the full model has met the following fit criteria, chi-square = 36.7; probability = 0.000; GFI = 0.72; AGFI = 0.653; CFI = 0.36; TLI = 0.276; RMSEA = 0.109; CMIN/DF = 2.18. As a result, greater product innovation will affect marketing performance and further build a sustainable competitive advantage. Practical implications: Based on the research, it can be concluded that Android-based accounting learning media has fulfilled the requirements for validity, practicality and has a good potential effect on student learning activities and outcomes. So that Android-based accounting learning media can be used as an alternative teacher in teaching accounting material for adjusting journal entries. Paper type: Research paper
