Data on accidents and traffic violations collected by the Riau Regional Police Directorate and from our daily observations illustrates that the level of traffic safety and the level of community compliance with traffic laws / legislation is very alarming, if no strategic steps are taken. in order to increase the level of safety and increase the legal compliance of the community it will cause harm not only to the loss of life and property and psychological but also will cause losses in the economic field. The strategy or effort to increase legal awareness of the community as road users is basically part of orderly traffic. Strategies in increasing community legal awareness include: First, socialization or campaigns to comply with traffic regulations through the installation of banners and socialization. Second, Building the character of discipline. This character building can be started through the teacher's example. Therefore awareness of the instructional teachers is undoubtedly necessary. Security, order, safety and smooth traffic are shared responsibilities. Through this counseling, the character of discipline can be transmitted to all students of Muhammadiyah 3 Vocational School Pekanbaru.
Abstrak Terapi bekam merupakan salah satu terapi kesehatan tertua di dunia. Hal ini dibuktikan, bekam sudah ada di dalam catatan kedokteran tertua Papyrus Ebers, yang ditulis 1550 SM pada era Mesir kuno. Terapi bekam sendiri terbagi menjadi dua jenis, yakni bekam basah dan bekam kering. Yang membedakan antara bekam basah dan bekam kering adalah keberadaan darah yang dikeluarkan. Kajian (review) ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui mekanisme, keamanan, dan juga manfaat bekam. Dari beberapa artikel penelitian yang telah didapatkan, umumnya dengan pemanfaatan bekam mendapatkan hasil yang baik. Sementara jumlah penelitian pemanfaatan bekam masih sedikit, sehingga masih diperlukan penelitian lebih lanjut untuk mendapatkan bukti yang lebih baik dan meyakinkan. Di Indonesia, pelayanan kesehatan tradisional bekam diatur dalam PMK 61 tahun 2016 tentang Pelayanan Kesehatan Tradisional Empiris. Secara regulasi pelayanan tradisional bekam tidak direkomendasikan karena termasuk ke dalam tindakan dengan perlukaan. Padahal, kenyataannya pelayanan tradisional bekam ini ada dan diminati oleh masyarakat. Melihat khasiat dan antusias masyarakat, diharapkan pelayanan tradisional bekam tetap dapat dilakukan di Griya Sehat dengan menjadikan faktor keamanan sebagai fokus utama dalam pelayanan. Hal ini tentunya dapat didukung dengan adanya pembinaan secara menyeluruh mengenai keamanan pelayanan kesehatan tradisional bekam terhadap para praktisi bekam. This was proven by an ancient Egypt paper in 1550 SM as cupping was mentioned in their medical journal. Cupping therapy has been classified into two categories, which were wet and dry cupping. The difference between wet and dry cupping is the presence or absence of blood being released. This literature review aims to find out the history, development, and also the use of cupping. From some research articles that have been obtained, we generally get good results from the use of the cupping method. However, because research on cupping utilization is still limited, further research is needed to obtain better and more convincing evidence. Regulation of traditional cupping service is not recommended because it is an invasive action, when in fact this traditional cupping service exists and is in demand by the community. Seeing the efficacy and enthusiasm of the community, it is hoped that traditional cupping services can still be carried out in a griya sehat with regard to efficacy. Of course, can be supported by the existence of comprehensive guidance on the efficacy of traditional cupping health services for cupping practitioners. Abstrak Registri jamu merupakan sistem pencatatan pelayanan kesehatan menggunakan jamu atau herbal berbasis web yang dikembangkan oleh Balitbangkes. Artikel ini bertujuan mengetahui gambaran kualitas hidup pasien dengan keluhan dispepsia yang diberi jamu oleh dokter praktik jamu. Desain penelitian Registri Jamu yaitu potong lintang. Data dikumpulkan dari data rekam medik 186 pasien dispepsia yang berobat pada 64 dokter yang termasuk dalam jejaring dokter praktik jamu di 10 provinsi di Indonesia tahun 2014—2018. Data diekstrak dari sistem pencatatan Registri Jamu dan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Kualitas hidup dinilai menggunakan instrumen kualitas hidup 4 dimensi (8 pertanyaan) dan skala Nepean khusus dispepsia. Hasil analisis menunjukkan sebagian besar pasien dispepsia yang berobat pada dokter praktik jamu adalah perempuan, usia 45—64 tahun, pendidikan tamat perguruan tinggi, pekerjaan wiraswasta, berobat pada fasyankes klinik, berada di provinsi Jawa Tengah. Enam gejala umum dispepsia terbanyak yaitu: tidak nafsu makan, lemah/letih, sulit tidur, nyeri ulu hati, demam, dan pucat. Kualitas hidup pasien dengan keluhan dispepsia yang diberi perawatan dengan jamu oleh dokter praktik jamu cenderung rmeningkat seiring dengan bertambahnya frekuensi waktu kunjungan. Kata kunci: dispepsia, registri jamu, kualitas hidup Abstract Jamu Registry is a web-based health service recording system developed by Balitbangkes. This article aims to describe the quality of life of patients with dyspepsia treated with jamu by doctors. Research on Jamu Registry was a cross-sectional study. Data was collected from medical record of 186 dyspepsia patients treated by 64 doctors prescribing herbal medicine in their services in 10 provinces in Indonesia from 2014—2018. This data was extracted from the Jamu Registry recording system and analyzed descriptively. The quality of life was assessed using 4 dimensions (8 items) quality of life questionnaire and Nepean scale for dyspepsia. The results showed dyspepsia patients in this study were mostly female, aged 45—64 years, highly educated, worked as an entrepreneur, sought treatment at clinical health facility, located in Central Java province. The six common symptoms of dyspepsia recorded were: lack of appetite, weakness / fatigue, sleep disorders, heartburn, fever and pallor. The quality of life of patients with dyspepsia who were given jamu by the herbal medicine practitioner tended to increase along with the frequency of visit. WET CUPPING THERAPY PRACTITIONER AND STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURESBackground: Traditional wet cupping therapy is an invasive alternative therapy in the community. To ensure its safety, it is necessary to conduct research on the compliance of wet cupping practitioners against the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP). Purpose: To obtain an overview of the compliance of cupping therapy practitioners with the Standard Operating Procedure (PSO) in DKI Jakarta.Methods: This study was a cross-sectional study, conducted on 30 wet cupping practitioners in the DKI Jakarta area who fulfilled the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The method of data collection is done by observing cupping practitioners, each of them 3 times to avoid bias behavior of respondents who deliberately do it because they are being observed. Data analysis was carried out descriptively and analytically. Test the relationship between independent and dependent variables is done to determine the factors associated with compliance.Conclusion: The average value of compliance with cupping practitioners in the PBI member of DKI Jakarta against PSO is 81.47 percent. Factors related to the compliance of cupping therapy members of the Jakarta DKI Cupping Association (PBI) towards Standard Operating Procedure (PSO) there are 3 variables, namely the year passed the standardization test, facilities and supervision.Keywords: compliance, wet cupping, Standard Operating ProcedurePendahuluan: Terapi tradisional bekam merupakan terapi alternatif yang bersifat invasif yang ada di masyarakat. Untuk memastikan keamanannya maka perlu dilakukan penelitian mengenai kepatuhan para praktisi bekam terhadap Prosedur Standar Operasi (PSO).Tujuan: memperoleh gambaran kepatuhan para praktisi terapi bekam terhadap Standar Prosedur Operasional (PSO) di DKI Jakarta.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dengan desain cross sectional, dilakukan pada 30 orang praktisi bekam di wilayah DKI Jakarta yang memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan ekslusi. Cara pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi terhadap praktisi bekam, masing-masing sebanyak 3 kali untuk menghindari bias perilaku responden yang sengaja dilakukan karena mengetahui sedang diamati. Analisis data dilakukan secara deskriptif dan analitik. Uji hubungan antar variabel independen dan dependen dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan.Simpulan: Nilai rata-rata kepatuhan praktisi bekam anggota PBI DKI Jakarta terhadap PSO yaitu 81,47 persen. Faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan kepatuhan praktisi terapi bekam anggota Perkumpulan Bekam Indonesia (PBI) DKI Jakarta terhadap Prosedur Standar Operasi (PSO) ada 3 variabel yaitu tahun lulus uji standardisasi, sarana prasarana dan supervisi.
Abstrak Rumah Riset Jamu Hortus Medicus (RRJHM) berdasarkan Permenkes No.003/Menkes/Per/2010, merupakan klinik jamu yang melakukan kegiatan penelitian berbasis pelayanan. Sebagai bagian dari fasilitas penelitian berbasis pelayanan kesehatan, maka RRJHM terus meningkatkan kualitas pelayanannya agar senantiasa dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pasien. Salah satu aspek peningkatan mutu pelayanan adalah aspek kepuasan pasien. Penelitian ini menggunakan disain cross-sectional dan merupakan analisis lanjut dari data penelitian Model Pelayanan Kesehatan Tradisional tahun 2016. Subjek penelitian adalah pasien yang berobat di RRJHM pada saat penelitian berlangsung. Tujuan analisis untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat kepuasan pasien yang berobat ke RRJHM. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hampir seluruh responden merasa puas terhadap pelayanan di RRJHM. Namun, masih ada beberapa responden yang berpendapat tidak atau kurang puas terhadap beberapa aspek pelayanan seperti: pelayanan yang dapat diberikan dengan cepat, selalu menanyakan keluhan pasien, selalu memberikan kesempatan bertanya kepada pasien, memberikan informasi tentang penyakit, cara pengobatan/tindakan yang dilakukan, kontra indikasi dan efek samping yang mungkin terjadi secara jelas/mudah dimengerti, memberikan edukasi tentang pola hidup sehat (diet, aktivitas fisik), prosedur administrasi yang cepat, ruangan yang tertata bersih, rapi dan nyaman. Kata kunci: Kepuasan pasien, pelayanan kesehatan, jamu Abstract Based on Permenkes No.003/Menkes/Per/2010, Rumah Riset Jamu Hortus Medikus (RRJHM) is a jamu clinic that conducts service-based research activities. As part of the service based research facility, RRJHM continues to improve the quality of its services so that it can always fulfill the needs of patients. One aspect of improving the quality of service is the aspect of patient satisfaction. This cross-sectional descriptive study is an analysis of secondary data from the former research i.e.Traditional Health Service Model in 2016 that was conducted regarding patient satisfaction who visited at RRJHM. This study aims to determine the aspects of patient satisfaction at RRJHM. Data were analyzed descriptively. The results show that almost all respondents satisfied with the service at the RRJHM. However, there are still some respondents who are not satisfied with the service, especially in the aspect such as: the service is given quickly, always asks the patient’s complaint, always gives the opportunity to ask the patient, providing information about the disease, how the treatment/action is done, contra indications and side effects that may occur clearly/easily understood, providing education about healthy lifestyle (diet, physical activity), rapid administration procedures, clean, neat and comfortable room.
