Motivation are influenced by many factors, among others is learning media. This article discusses the findings of research on the impacts of learning media base edmodo on students motivation learning in the subject of office equipment management at a private vocational high school in Cimahi City. The research employed the explanatory survey method, where data were gathered using Likert questionnaire distributed to a sample of 58 tenth grade students of the Office Administration Program. The findings show that learning media base edmodo had positive and significant effects on students motivation learning, both simultaneously and partially. This article emphasizes the importance of both variables in increasing students motivation learning.ABSTRAKMotivasi belajar siswa dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, diantaranya adalah media pembelajaran. Artikel ini membahas hasil penelitian tentang pengaruh media pembelajaran berbasis edmodo terhadap motivasi belajar pada mata pelajaran simulasi digital di sebuah SMK swasta di Kota Cimahi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode explanatory survey, dimana data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan angket model likert yang diberikan kepada sample sejumlah 58 orang siswa kelas X program Administrasi Perkantoran. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan adanya pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara media pembelajaran berbasis edmodo terhadap motivasi belajar siswa baik secara simultan maupun parsial. Artikel ini menekankan pentingnya variabel tersebut dalam usaha meningkatkan motivasi belajar siswa.
Information technology at this time is the latest dimension that cannot be separated from human life. The field of education is the thing that gets the influence of information technology. Currently, the teaching and learning process not only rely on physical books and whiteboards, but with the help of electronic-based learning media. Electronic learning media is the latest breakthrough from the influence of information technology progress. The new facilities help actors in the world of education to improve the quality and quality of education to be more advanced and developed in the digital era of today. Improving the quality of education through intermediaries of electronic learning media can trigger the pattern of creativity in the actors of the world of education.
Decision-making in the organization always relates to the description of the results of the decisions taken. Therefore, every organization needs a management information system to assist in making various kinds of decisions needed. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence and effectiveness of management information systems on decision-making in the field of archives. The method used in this study is the explanatory survey method. Data collection techniques were carried out using questionnaires and product correlation moments. Data analysis was performed using simple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The subjects of this study were 120 administrative employees in the city of Bandung. To support the analysis, this study also carried out a bibliometric analysis to determine trends in research development from information management systems to decision-making. Based on the findings, the quality of the management information system used is in the high category, as well as the effectiveness of decision-making is in the high category. Based on the results of hypothesis testing and significance, it can be interpreted that the management information system has a positive and significant effect on decision-making in the field of administration.
Today employee performance is a fundamental element for the progress of the institution. Along with the changing times demanded in increasing employee performance in order to achieve the objectives to be achieved. The discussion of this study regarding the decline in employee performance is characterized by a decrease in the percentage of achievement of work program targets. In this study, there are two variables, namely human resources information system variable (X) and employee performance variable (Y). This study aims to determine the effectiveness of human resources information system and the level of employee performance. This research method uses descriptive method using the type of explanatory survey research. Data collection techniques used were interviews and questionnaires that used a rating scale measurement scale. Data analysis techniques using simple regression analysis. The population in this study is employees. Based on the results of the study, showed that the respondents' perceptions of performance appraisal in the effective category were in the very high category. Hypothesis testing shows that human resources information system has a positive and significant influence on employee performance
Background of the study: The focus of this problem is to be able to find out the effectiveness and impact received from dynamic archive management in the agency, namely in managing general dynamic archive documents; Purpose: The purpose of this study is to identify the effectiveness of archive management by archive management officers; Method: The method used in this study uses descriptive qualitative methods and uses observation, interviews and documentation techniques; Findings: The readiness of the dynamic archive archive instrument 3 in 1 model can be used in dynamic archive management with the implementation of Creation, Use, Maintenance, and Depreciation; Conclusion: The use of 3 in 1 archival instruments has a positive impact and increases effectiveness in archive management.
