Abstrak. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan pengaruh tekanan teman sebaya terhadap ketidakjujuran akademik yang dimoderasi kecemasan menghadapi ujian. Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 255 mahasiswa yang diambil dengan teknik incidental sampling dari 3 perguruan tinggi di Malang. Instrumen penelitian adalah peer pressure scale, academic dishonesty scale, dan test anxiety inventory. Teknik analisis data adalah moderated multiple regression. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tekanan teman sebaya memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap ketidakjujuran akademik. Sementara itu kecemasan menghadapi ujian tidak memoderasi pengaruh tekanan teman sebaya terhadap ketidakjujuran akademik.Kata Kunci: Tekanan teman sebaya, ketidakjujuran akademik, kecemasan menghadapi ujianAbstract. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of peer pressure on academic dishonesty is moderated by test anxiety. Subject in this study amounted 255 student in Malang are scattered in three high school that are using incidental sampling technique. The instrument of this study using peer pressure scale, academic dishonesty scale, and test anxiety inventory. The result of this study indicated if there is significant effect of peer pressure to academic dishonesty. Inclusive education requires special educators who have good abilities in regulating their emotion. This is because these educators not only educate normal and average intellectual abilities of students, but varies. Differences in the characteristics of students in inclusive classes not only lie on their intellectual abilities, but also it is very possible for these students to have a special condition on communication, social skills, autonomy (living skills), and emotional control. Therefore, in teaching and learning activities, educators’ focus is not solely on academics, but special educators have to share their attention on the non academic behavior of students. Not surprisingly, the feelings or emotions felt by these special educators become varied and tend to be negative, such as annoyance, pity, confusion, sadness and etc. The method implemented was psychoeducation which focus is on lecturing and discussing. Psychoeducation exists to help educators regulate the emotions they feel. The psychoeducation that was carried out gave 52.9% of special educators an increase in emotional regulation, 17.6% decreased, and the rest had no change.
Abstract. High work productivity is the goal of organization, but reality shown today that the behaviour of counter-productive work done by many employees. Job stress and interpersonal conflict in the workplace create an atmosphere that is not conducive to assuming counter-productive behaviours. Purpose of this research is to know the influence of interpersonal conflict to the work behaviour of counter-productive which is mediated by job stress. Research design used non-experimental design with correlational research type. Sample in this research is a civil servant who amounted to 213 subjects taken from the total population who meet the criteria. Sampling technique used is cluster random sampling. Data collection instruments uses the Counterproductive Work Behaviour Checklist (CWB-C) scale, Interpersonal Conflict at Work Scale (ICAWS), and Job Stress Inventory (JSI). This method uses Mediated Multiple Regression analysis technique. Hypothesis testing shows that interpersonal conflict in the workplace has a direct effect on counterproductive work behaviour, and workplace interpersonal conflict affects work-related counterproductive behaviour mediated by job stress.
Abstrak. Pada masa dewasa awal yang penuh dengan berbagai perubahan sangat berpotensi menimbulkan berbagai stressor. Dirasa perlu bagi individu untuk memiliki cara penyelesaian masalah yang baik. Salah satunya adalah dengan mengembangkan problem focused coping untuk menyelesaikan sebuah masalah. Pada sisi lain, kematangan sosial diduga dapat mempengaruhi seseorang dalam penggunaan problem focused coping untuk menyelesaikan masalahnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh kematangan sosial terhadap problem focused coping pada laki-laki usia dewasa awal. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, dengan melibatkan 121 pekerja, jenis kelamin laki-laki dengan rentang umur 18-25 tahun dan sedang bekerja. Alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala kematangan sosial dan skala problem focused coping. Data dianalisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian mengindikasikan ada pengaruh yang signifikan antara kematangan sosial dan problem focused coping pada laki-laki usia dewasa awal yang bekerja di kota Jakarta.Kata kunci: Kematangan sosial, problem focused coping, stressAbstract. In early adulthood which full of various changes, it has the potential to cause many stressors. A good problem solving skill is needed to overcome the stressor. Problem focused coping is one of the best way to solve a problem. On the other hand, social maturity seemed to affect a person in the use of problem focused coping to solve a problem. The purpose of this research is to find out social maturity’s influence towards problem focused coping in early adulthood men. This research uses purposive sampling as the technique of sampling, involving 121 male workers with the age range between 18-25 years old and were working. The measuring instrument used in this research is the scale of social maturity and problem focused coping scale. The data are analysed with simple linear regression. Results of this research showed that there is a significant influence between social maturity and problem focused coping in early adulthood men that works in Jakarta.Keyword: Social maturity, problem focused coping, stress
