Berbagai upaya dilakukan mencegah meluasnya penularan Covid-19 termasuk vaksinasi. Salah satu upaya yang dipilih berupa penyuluhan melalui media video yang disebar melalui WhatsApp tanpa harus melakukan kunjungan kepada sasaran keluarga selama masa pandemi. Video berisi materi fakta-mitos seputar Covid-19, pengertian-penyebab-penularan Covid-19, pencegahan penularan dengan 3-M dan vaksinasi Covid-19. Penyuluhan dikemas dalam Google form yang diawali pertanyaan pretes, kemudian video untuk dilihat dan diakhiri pertanyaan postes. Google form disebar melalui WhatsApp pada gawai anggota keluarga, namun beberapa keluarga melihat di gawai tetangganya. Penyuluhan diharapkan meningkatkan cakupan sasaran penyuluhan, meningkatkan pengetahuan sasaran serta mendorong praktek 3-M dan vaksinasi. Kegiatan dilakukan dosen dan mahasiswa dalam mata kuliah Pengalaman Belajar Lapangan. Mitra pelaksana adalah lima orang ketua Rukun Tetangga dan 228 keluarga di lokasi perdesaan dan perkotaan. Terjadi peningkatan signifikan (p 0,000) pengetahuan Covid-19 secara keseluruhan maupun di setiap pertanyaan. Tidak ada perbedaan signifikan perubahan pengetahuan menurut jenis kelamin, tingkat pendidikan maupun menurut tempat tinggal perdesaan maupun perkotaan. Metode penyuluhan melalui penyebaran Google form berisi video penyuluhan yang disebar melalui WhatsApp, diharapkan memperluas cakupan sasaran penyuluhan, meningkatkan pengetahuan, mendorong praktek 3-M serta vaksinasi Covid-19.---Various efforts were made to prevent the spread of Covid-19, including vaccinations. One of the efforts chosen was in the form of extension through video media distributed via WhatsApp without having to visit target families during the pandemic period. The video contains material on the facts or myths about Covid-19, definition, causes and transmission of Covid-19, prevention of transmission with 3-M and Covid-19 vaccination. Extension is packaged in a Google form which begins with a pretest question, then a video to be seen and ends with a post-test question. Google forms are spread via WhatsApp on the devices of family members, but some families see them on neighboring devices. Extension is expected to increase the coverage of extension targets, increase target knowledge and encourage 3-M practice and vaccination. Activities carried out by lecturers and students in the Field Learning Experience course. The implementing partners are five heads of Neighborhood Associations and 228 families in rural and urban locations. There was a significant increase (p 0,000) knowledge of Covid-19 as a whole and in each question. There is no significant difference in knowledge change according to gender, level of education and according to residence in rural and urban areas. The method of extension through the distribution of a Google form containing educational videos distributed through WhatsApp is expected to expand the coverage of extension targets, increase knowledge and encourage 3-M practice and Covid-19 vaccination.
Latar Belakang.COVID-19 menjadi pandemi global, kasus baru COVID-19 masih terus bertambah dan memengaruhi segala bidang kehidupan termasuk sekolah harus dilakukan secara daring. Ada keinginan membuka sekolah tatap muka langsung, untuk itu perlu diketahui sikap siswa dan orang tua terkait penerapan protokol kesehatan sebagai masukan untuk kebijakan. Tujuan.identifikasi sikap orang tua dan siswa terhadap penerapan protokol kesehatan 5M pada pembukaan sekolah tatap muka dimasa pandemi COVID-19.Metode.Menggunakan disain penelitian deskriptif komparatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi siswa dan orang tua siswa Madrasah Aliyah 384 orang dengan sampel purposif 160 orang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner yang dikemas menggunakan Google form.Hasil. Sebanyak 86,3% orang tua dan 82,5% siswa bersikap positif (mendukung) penerapan protokol kesehatan 5M. Tidak adanya signifikan (p-value=0,469) antara sikap orang tua dan siswa. Sebagian besar orang tua (88,8%) dan siswa (90%) menyatakan tidak ada hambatan dalam penerapan protokol kesehatan 5M.Kesimpulan. Orang tua dan siswa sama-sama bersikap positif (mendukung) penerapan protokol kesehatan 5M pada pembukaan sekolah tatap muka di masa pandemic COVID-19. Orang tua diharapkan mendorong dan memfasilitasi siswa menerapkan 5M secara konsisten, sekolah mempersiapkan pengaturan pelaksanaan dan penyediaan sarana pendukung penerapan 5M. ABSTRACTBackground.COVID-19 is a global pandemic. New cases of COVID-19 continue to grow and affect all areas of life, including schools thatmust be conducted online. There is a desire to open a face-to-face school; therefore, it is necessary to know the attitudes of students and parents regarding the implementation of health protocols as input for the policy. Objective.identify parents' and students' attitudes towards applying the 5M health protocol at the opening of face-to-face schools during the COVID-19 pandemic.Method.used comparative descriptive research design with a cross-sectional approach. The population of parents and students are 384 people, with a purposive sample of 160 people. The data was collected using questionnaires packaged in Google forms. Results.86.3% of parents and 82.5% of students supported the implementation of the 5M. There was no significant difference (p-value=0.469) between parents' and students' attitudes. Most parents (88.8%) and students (90%) stated no obstacles in implementing the 5M health protocol.Conclusion: Parents and students positively support implementing the 5M health protocol at the opening of face-to-face schools during the COVID-19 pandemic. Parents should encourage and facilitate students to apply 5M consistently, schools prepare implementation arrangements and provide supporting facilities for implementing 5M
Latar belakang. Remaja menghadapi banyak tantangan dan hambatan yang berasal dari dalam dirinya sendiri maupun lingkungan, termasuk masalah kesehatan. Pos Pelayanan Terpadu Remaja (posyandu remaja) merupakan salah satu upaya pemberdayaan remaja. Pengelola posyandu remaja perlu ditingkatkan keterampilannya dalam berkomunikasi. Tujuan. Meningkatkan kompetensi komunikasi informasi kesehatan para pengelola posyandu remaja. Metode. Lokakarya Teknik Komunikasi Informasi Kesehatan dengan peserta pengelola posyandu remaja sebanyak 76 orang. Hasil. Sebelum lokakarya rata-rata nilai pengetahuan peserta 7,87 kemudian berubah signifikan (p 0,037) menjadi 8,26. Kesimpulan. Lokakarya meningkatkan secara signifikan nilai pengetahuan teknik komunikasi informasi kesehatan pengelola Posyandu remaja. Saran. Pandemi COVID-19 telah melanda Indonesia, mempengaruhi berbagai bidang kehidupan termasuk pendidikan. Sekolah online menjadi alternatif untuk mencegah penyebaran COVID-19, walaupun memiliki keterbatasan dalam proses belajar mengajar. Seiring menurunnya kasus COVID-19, mulai dilakukan sekolah tatap muka dengan penerapan protokol kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui perbedaan penerapan protokol kesehatan di SD Negeri dan Swasta. Metode penelitian mix methode dengan explanatory sequential research design. Populasi adalah siswa dari satu Sekolah Dasar Negeri dan satu Sekolah dasar Swasta di Kota Bandung, dengan sampel 86 orang dipilih secara purposif. Pengumpulan data kuantitatif menggunakan angket yang disebar ke siwa untuk diisi. Pengumpulan data kualitatif dilakukan ke informan masing-masing seorang guru dari SD Negeri dan Swasta, dengan metode wawancara mendalam serta observasi. Analisis data kuantitatif menggunakan distribusi frekuensi dan uji beda U Mann Whitney. Analisis data kualitatif melalui proses deskripsi, reduksi, koneksi, kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan dua per-tiga siswa memiliki pengetahuan baik tentang COVID-19, sebanyak tiga dari lima siswa menyatakan sarana protokol kesehatan di sekolah masih kurang, separuh siswa menyatakan guru dan staf memberi teladan baik, sebanyak tiga dari lima menyatakan sosialisasi sudah dilakukan baik dan hanya satu dari tiga siswa yang melakukan praktik baik protokol kesehatan. Tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan pengetahuan COVID-19, keteladanan guru, dan praktek protokol kesehatan antara Sekolah Dasar Negeri dan Swasta. Secara keseluruhan implementasi protokol kesehatan di Sekolah Dasar Negeri dan Swasta sama. Online schools are an alternative to prevent the spread of COVID-19, even though they have limitations in the teaching and learning process. As COVID-19 cases has decreased, face-to-face schools begun with the implementation of health protocols. The study purpose determined the differences in the implementation of health protocols in public and private elementary schools. The research method is mix method with explanatory sequential research design. The population of students from one public and one private elementary school in Bandung City, with a sample of 86 people selected purposively. Quantitative data collection uses questionnaires distributed to students to fill out. Qualitative data collection was carried out to each informant, a teacher from a public and private elementary school, using in-depth interviews and observation methods. Quantitative data analysis used the frequency distribution and U Mann Whitney differenence test. Qualitative data analysis through the process of description, reduction, connection, conclusion. The results showed that two-thirds of the students had good knowledge of COVID-19, as three fifths stated that the health protocol facilities were lacking, half of the students stated that the teachers set good examples, as three fifths stated that the socialization carried out well and only one-thirds students practiced good health protocols. There are significant differences in socialization and provision of health protocols facilities between public and private schools. There isn’t significant difference in knowledge, the example of the teacher, and practice of health protocols. Overall the implementation of the health protocol in public and private elementary schools is the same. All schools are expected to implement health protocols on an ongoing basis.
