The main objective of this research was to empirically examine the interests of millennial investors in investing in stocks using the theory of planned behavior approach consisting of Attitude toward Behavior, Subjective Norms, and Perceived Behavior Control as predictors of Intention, and Actual Behavior as a consequence of Intention. In addition, this research added risk tolerance variable as a development. This research is based on the low investment interest of the Indonesian people when compared to the total population of Indonesia. Respondents in this study are investors who are in accordance with predetermined criteria, who have already invested in stock and are aged between 20-35 years in Kebumen Regency. Data collection in this study was carried out by distributing questionnaires to the respondents. The hypothesis in this research was tested using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through WarpPLS software version 6.0. The results of hypothesis testing in this research empirically prove that Attitude toward Behavior, Subjective Norms, and Perceived Behavior Control are predictors of Intention. In addition, this research also proves that Intention has a positive effect on millennial investors' actual behavior in investing in stocks
The phenomenon of the presence of online motorcycle taxi services in Kebumen has resulted in competition between Grab and Gojek online transportation service providers in Kebumen. In this research, game theory analysis is used to find out the best strategy that can be used by the two online transportation service providers. This study uses eight marketing attributes, namely practical, cost-effective, safety, comfort, promos, fleet availability, non-cash payments, and completeness of facilities. From the research results it is known that the optimal value is 34. The best strategy used by Grab to obtain maximum profit is the convenience strategy and voucher promo with each proportion of 50%, while for Gojek the strategy used to minimize losses is the cost-effective attribute of 20 % and security attributes at 80%.
The purpose of this research is to determine te influences of independent commissioners, auditor reputation, risk management committee, leverage and firm size on enterprise risk management disclosure in index LQ45 companies listed in the 2016-2018. The samplimg method in this research is purposive sampling with 81 companies as population and 27 companies as samples. The ERM practice is measured based on ERM index, which considers the eight dimension of ERM by COSO framework. The results of simultaneous regression analysis show that the variables of independent commissioner, auditor reoutation, risk manegement committee, leverage and firm size have positif effects on the enterprise risk management disclosure. Partial testing shows that variabel of independent commissioner, risk management commite and firm size does not effect enterprise risk management disclosure. Auditor reputation and risk management committee have positive effects on enterprise risk management.
