Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan refleksi diri tokoh dalam novel Pesentren Impian karya Asma Nadia yang dikaitkan dengan motivasi diri serta pemenuhan hiarki kebutuhan Abraham Maslow. Metode yang dipakai adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Data yang dikumpulkan berupa teks dalam novel Pesantren Impian karya Asma Nadia. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan membaca sumber data. Kemudian pengklasifikasian data, data dipisahkan berdasarkan permasalahan dan tujuan penelitian. Data yang sudah diinterpretasikan selanjutnya di eksplanasi dalam bentuk paparan bahasa sebagai suatu hasil sebuah analisis. Hasil dari peneitian ini adalah paparan mengenai pemenuhan hirarki kebutuhan tokoh, motivasi tokoh, dan karakteristik tokoh setelah merefleksi diri. Hierarki kebutuhan yang terpenuhi dalam novel Pesantren Impian karya Asma Nadia meliputi kebutuhan fisiologis, kebutuhan rasa aman, kebutuhan rasa dimiliki dan memiliki, kebutuhan harga diri dan aktualisasi diri. Sedangkan motivasi tokoh untuk merefleksi diri merupakan dorongan/keinginan tokoh untuk mendapatkan sesuatu, dalam hal ini adalah kehidupan yang lebih baik di masa mendatang. Tokoh yang merefleksi diri menunjukkan karakteristik yang berbeda-bedamulai dari perubahan penampilan sampai pada psikologis tokoh. This study aims to describe the self-reflection of the character in the novel Pesentren Impian by Asma Nadia which is associated with self-motivation and the fulfillment of the needs of Abraham Maslow. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Data collected in the form of a text in the novel Pesantren Impian by Asma Nadia. Data collection is done by reading data sources. Then classifying the data, the data are separated based on problems and research objectives. The data that has been interpreted is then explained in the form of language exposure as a result of an analysis. The results of this research are exposure to the fulfillment of the hierarchy of character needs, character motivation, and character characteristics after self-reflection. The hierarchy of needs fulfilled in the novel Pesantren Impian by Asma Nadia includes physiological needs, security needs, sense of belonging and belonging, self-esteem needs and self-actualization. While the motivation of the character to reflect on himself is the drive / desire of the character to get something, in this case is a better life in the future. People who reflect themselves show different characteristics ranging from changes in appearance to psychological character.
Abstrak ___________________________________________________________________Masyarakat Jawa memiliki prinsip-prinsip dasar tentang sikap batin yang tepat, yaitu terkontrol, tenang, berkepala dingin, sabar, halus, tenggang rasa, bersikap sederhana, jujur, sumarah, halus, dan tidak mengejar kepentingan diri sendiri. Perempuan Jawa sering dianggap lebih rendah derajatnya dari kaum lelaki. Sikapnya yang lebih pasif, lemah lembut, dan sebagainya sering dianalogikan bahwa perempuan adalah makhluk yang lemah. Sumber data penelitian ini adalah novel Hati Sinden karya Dwi Rahyuningsih yang diterbitkan oleh Diva Press pada tahun 2011. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif-kualitatif dengan pendekatan feminisme. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada citra perempuan Jawa tokoh utama perempuan dan upaya mempertahankan citra perempuan Jawa pada tokoh utama perempuan. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik baca-catat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) citra perempuan Jawa yang ada dalam diri tokoh utama perempuan berupa sifat nrima, sabar, pasrah, lembut, bakti, dan pandai berhemat. Selain itu, tokoh utama perempuan juga memiliki perhatian terhadap orang lain dan pengendalian diri tinggi. 2) tokoh utama perempuan mempertahankan citra perempuan Jawa dalam novel ini sebagai upaya menyetarakan kedudukan antara laki-laki dan perempuan di dalam masyarakat.. Tindakan tokoh utama perempuan dalam mempertahankan citra perempuan Jawa merupakan salah satu upaya untuk menyetarakan perempuan di dalam ruang lingkup masyarakat Jawa. The method that this research used is descriptivequantitative with literature feminism approach. This research is focusing on Javanese women's image and how the female character herself struggling to sustain image of Javanese women. The preparation and development of the lesson plan is a hallmark of teacher professionalism. To support the learning process, teachers must arrange lesson plans according to standards. The preparation of the RPP standards must pay attention to the core components of the RPP, one of which consists of learning objectives. For this reason, an RPP evaluation is needed to determine the quality of the learning being done. Based on this, this article aims to evaluate the learning objectives in the CSP literary learning. The method used in this research is descriptive evaluative. Evaluation of learning objectives is based on the classification (grouping) of learning objectives into the learning domain, the suitability of the main steps (sequences) needed to achieve the objectives, and the completeness of the learning objectives component. The results show that the formulation of learning objectives in the three lesson plans analyzed did not fully meet the ideal learning objectives. The evaluation is expected to provide input and follow up efforts for improvement and decision making.
This study is aimed to describe the form of the identification of Merdeka Belajar (Freedom of Learning) values that can be applied in the portfolio assessment for middle and high schools. This study used the R and D research procedure from Borg and Gall. The research data consisted of (1) a description of the analysis result of freedom of learning values, (2) and the data analysis of the need for freedom of learning value-based portfolio assessment. The findings of this study are that there are three values that must be considered in finding meaning in the learning process, namely commitment, independence, and reflection. These three freedom of learning values are implemented in the learning. This wasembodied by integrating it in the portfolio assessment. Portfolio assessment was chosen because it is able to measure the success of the learning process comprehensively starting from the input, the process, to the output.

Mengetahui bentuk konflik dan upaya penyelesaian konflik yang dialami tokoh utama dalam novel Re:karya Maman Suherman.Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah psikologi sastra Karen Horney yang menitikberatkan sastra sebagai cerminan masyarakat. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalahmengetahui fenomena konflik yang terdapat dalam novel yang kemudian dikorelasikan dengan kehidupan nyata. Korelasi konflik dalam novel dengan kehidupan nyata dapat dilihat dari adanya persamaan konflik yang terdapat dalam novel Re: karya Maman Suherman dengan kehidupan nyata.
