The article considers the ways to solve optimization problems of drill bits on a deterministic basis through studying and using the “Regularity of energy consumption of dynamic systems from resistance to motion forces”, which directly indicates the causes of bit balling formation, the reasons for the insufficient stability of the bearing assemblies of the cones, the causes of instability of the drill bits at the bottom of the well. Theoretical grounded search was done to use certain methods for designing drill bits of cutting-abrasive type, working in the rotational steam mode, which determine uniform wear of armaments for all crowns of working matrices and uniform destruction of the rock through all of the annular bottom hole.
The article analyzes institutional models of ‘a modern university’, tasks, functions and features of higher education institutions in the context of the “University 3.0” concept, which envisages integration between commercialization of educational achievements, science, innovation and research in higher education institutions, as well as modernization and development of higher education system in our republic, as well as internationalization of the academic education network. The stages of change for transition to a university - entrepreneurship (3.0) depending on transformational processes observed in the current higher education system, have been justified. Opening of venture funds and banks ensuring secured benefits and introduction of a mechanism for providing special incentives to residents who deal with commercializing existing innovative developments and accommodating residents with innovative research and production centers (Technoparks) established at universities, has been recommended on the basis of advanced universities.
In this work, we studied the use of IR pretreatments before freeze drying of dill. The indicators of the drying period, the process of rehydration of different samples dried by the sublimation method with and without pretreatment are compared. Experimentally, data have been obtained that when using IR pretreatment, the drying process is reduced by about 4-5 hours. The main reasons for the shortening of the freeze drying period is to reduce the moisture content to 25-30% during pre-treatment. The data confirms a reduction in the drying period for freeze-dried dill, and also provides data on the dehydration of dried samples.
The article presents the results of experimental data obtained by the method of slotted unloading, the presence of subhorizontal stresses in the array of gold deposits of Uzbekistan. It is shown that as a result of the study it was found that the structural structure of the array at a certain ratio of the elastic properties of the intermediate layer can make correlations in the obtained dependences. The analytical method determined the critical depth of rock-bump hazard for Kochbulak and Kyzyl-Almatin fields.
