Education as an open system is inseparable from problems, both micro and macro problems. The emergence of digital-based learning media should make it easy for teachers to design interesting, fun learning methods and improve students' abilities in the teaching and learning process at school. This study aims to design a learning multimedia training program for geography teachers especially in providing learning in the classroom. This study uses a quantitative method with the ADDIE approach, through 3 stages of implementation, namely stage I debriefing, stage II practice making multimedia, stage III evaluation by distributing questionnaires and interval analysis. research results Based on 5 presenters who carry various learning multimedia, it can be concluded that multimedia can be integrated in all fields of learning, including Geography subjects. which means that all participants strongly agree that learning multimedia training is to be carried out.
