Salah satu upaya dalam menghadapi transformasi pendidikan adalah memanfaatkan media perbaikan yang tepat dan menarik sangat dibutuhkan oleh guru dalam menyampaikan materi pembelajaran agar lebih mudah dipahami oleh siswa. Salah satu media yang menarik dan dapat memotivasi siswa adalah media Big Book. Akan tetapi para guru di kelas awal belum pernah melihat atau bahkan mengembangkan sendiri media Big Book. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk melatih mitra dalam Pembuatan dan Penggunaan Media Big Book. Mitra kegiatan ini adalah KKG Gugus 22 Kec. Marioriwawo Kab. Soppeng. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan bentuk kegiatannya menggunakan metode Pelatihan. Kegiatan ini menghasilkan luaran berupa terbentuk KKG yang mampu membuat, mengembangkan media Big Book yang variatif dan inovatif. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diharapkan dapat mengatasi permasalahan mengenai pemahaman guru terkait penguasaan kompetensi pendagogi guru dalam pembuatan dan penggunaan media Big Book dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka.
Technological sophistication that continues to develop contributes and is also integrated in education and learning. Conventional education and learning are shifting towards digital technology-based learning. Digital-based learning must undoubtedly be accompanied by skills and mastery of digital technology. Thus, this paper aims to describe and represent the sense-making elementary school students need regarding digital literacy to realize education in the future era. The method in this writing was a literature review by reviewing the relevant literature with the topic of discussion. The results revealed that the sense-making of education actors is the basic capital in digital-based learning. Therefore, the position of digital technology and digital literacy in education is central to realizing the success of education in the future era. Finally, the recommendations in this paper include (1) the need for regular training or programs related to sense-making of digital literacy so that education in the future era can be carried out optimally, effectively, and efficiently, and (2) further study and analysis are required in mapping the education system related to educational needs as a result of the impact of COVID-19 and education in the industrial revolution 4.0 era in the future.
The 21st century is a century of significant educational transformation. The transformation of education in the 21st century raises various challenges and needs that need to be responded to responsively. One of the needs of the 21st century is to carry out a collaboration for the advancement of quality education. The purpose of this paper is to describe the synergy of the school partnership model for the success of the current educational transformation. The method in this writing is a literature review by reviewing the relevant literature with the topic of discussion. The results show that the school partnership model with potential partners can provide benefits and a positive impact on the quality of education in Indonesia, especially in the success of the current education transformation. The author recommends that the implementation of partnerships needs to be carried out optimally through program control and evaluation for each partner. This is part of the successful transformation of 21st-century education that is oriented toward collaboration rather than competition.
