ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that play a role in building Human Resources for Higher Education Lecturers and the process of their formation. This study uses a quantitative approach, collecting data using a questionnaire to 166 lecturers from higher education in Karawang Regency, West Java. Data analysis used factor analysis and dendogram analysis. The results of factor analysis showed that all indicators were analyzed from the basic components, moderators, supporters and outputs of Human Resources for Higher Education Lecturers. The results of the dendogram analysis inform that the process of forming the Human Capital for Higher Education Lecturers begins with educational activities and faculty skills. This research is still in the study of the identification of intellectual capital which is explained to individual university lecturers with a small sample area, so it is still necessary to develop the intellectual capital relationship of lecturers with other variables that reflect the university's business processes. The results of this study greatly contribute to explaining the potential of human capital as an intangible asset of higher education and the process of its formation, so that universities can understand how to develop lecturers' human capital so that its potential can be used for the development of higher education as a whole.
Abstrak Peningkatan sosial ekonomi keluarga, maka kecenderungan pola makan pun akan mengalami perubahan. Sosial ekonomi keluarga juga memiliki korelasi dengan frekuensi membeli makanan diluar rumah yang cenderung mengandung lemak yang tinggi. Secara global, sebanyak 42 juta anak mengalami overweight pada tahun 2015 dan angka kegemukan di Indonesia sekitar 10,8% pada tahun 2013. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran sosial ekonomi keluarga dalam menanggulangi kesehatan anak di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder Riskesdas 2013 dengan desain studi deskriptif verifikatif dimana sampel penelitian sebanyak 49.620 anak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 14,5% anak mengalami overweight dengan sosial ekonomi keluarga menengah atas (kuintil 4) sebesar 23,9%. Artinya hampir ¼ anak usia 10-12 tahun di Indonesia berada pada keluarga dengan sosial ekonomi yang lebih dari cukup. Dibutuhkan peran keluarga yang solid untuk mengontrol pendapatan yang tepat guna untuk meningkatkan kesehatan anak. The socioeconomic family also has a correlation with the frequency of buying food outside the home which tends to contain high fat. Globally, as many as 42 million children were overweight in 2015 and the obesity rate in Indonesia was around 10.8% in 2013. The purpose of this study was to determine the socioeconomic role of families in tackling children's health in Indonesia. This research uses Riskesdas 2013 secondary data with a descriptive verification study design in which the research sample is 49,620 children. The results showed that 14.5% of children were overweight with upper middle family socioeconomic (quintile 4) of 23.9%. This means that almost ¼ children aged 10-12 years in Indonesia are in families with more than enough socioeconomic. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja,produktivitas kerja karyawan dan hubungan dari ketiga variabel tersebut di PT.Kadi International. Pendekatan penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Datadikumpulkan dengan kuisioner kepada sampel dari 60 orang karyawan perusahaanyang bersedia dan diijinkan perusahaaan untuk diteliti, selanjutnya data dianalisismengunakan analisis frekuensi, analisis rentang skala dan analysis jalur (pathanalysis). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan memiliki lingkungankerja dengan modus yang baik, motivasi kerja karyawan yang tinggi serta memilikiproduktivitas karyawan yang tinggi pula. Korelasi lingkungan kerja dan motivasikerja karyawan sebesar 0,357 dan signifikan. Secara parsial lingkungan kerjaberpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas sebesar 4 % (signifikan), sedangkanmotivasi kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan sebesar44% (signifikan). Secara simultan lingkungan kerja dan motivasi kerja berpengaruhpositif sebesar 58,1% terhadap produktivitas kerja karyawan di perusahaan tersebutdan sangat signifikan.Kata Kunci: lingkungan kerja, motivasi kerja, produktivitas kerja This study aims to explain the work environment, work motivation, employee workproductivity and the relationship of the three variables at PT. Kadi International.The research approach uses quantitative descriptive. The resultsshowed that the company has a good work environment, high employee motivationand high employee productivity. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pengunjung di Mall Karawang (2) Pengaruh fasilitas mall terhadap kepuasan pengunjung di Mall Karawang dan (3) Pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas mall terhadap kepuasan pengunjung di Mall Karawang. Populasi penelitian ini 14,296 orang. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan 100 responden pengunjung di Mall Karawang. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sampling probability. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengunjung, fasilitas mall berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengunjung, kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas mall bersama-sama berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan pengunjung di Mall Karawang. ABSTRAK Citra yang baik merupakan faktor pendukung utama keberhasilan suatu institusi pendidikan tinggi untuk mampu mempertahankan keberadaannya serta mengembangkan berbagai programnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menjelaskan kualitas lingkungan kerja, kompetensi dosen, kualitas layanan serta hubungan dari ketiga variable dalam membangun citra fakultas dalam sebuah perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada fakultas ekonomi dari dua fakultas yang ada di dua universitas yang ada di Jakarta dan di Karawang. Populasi adalah seluruh mahasiswa yang ada di seluruh fakultas tersebut. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 255 orang yang diambil secara proporsional stratified random sampling. Data dianalisis dengan distribusi frekuensi, analisis rentang skala dan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa seluruh variable memiliki modus kinerja yang baik, hubungannya positif sangat signifikan. Penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa lingkungan kerja, kompetensi dosen, kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam membangun citra fakultas di perguruan tinggi. The purpose of this study is to explain the quality of the work environment, lecturer competence, service quality and the relationship of the three variables in building the image of the faculty in a university. This research was conducted at the two faculties of economics in two universities in Jakarta and in Karawang. The population is all students in all faculties. The number of samples was 255 people who were taken proportionally with stratified random sampling. Data were analyzed by frequency distribution, scale range analysis and multiple regression analysis. The analysis result shows that all variables have a good performance mode; the positive relationship is very significant. This study explains that the work environment, lecturer competence, service quality has a positive and significant effect in building the image of the faculty in higher education.
