Time is a precious and so important thing as well as the blessing of the Creator in the world. It is the time which makes, changes, creates, decorates, maintains, develops, strengthens, and successes the present and secures the future of the people and the nations. Time considers a great cure and care for any unethical, unsocial and invaluable matter and event. Time settles each and every hurdle and difficulty of any system and nation with its pace, speed and direction. If time is managed properly according to needs and the requirements of the matters and phenomenon of any nation then no one can stop any nation to be a developed and successful.This research paper aims to explore and investigate the importance and see the impact of Time Management in the professional life of teachers and the performance of the students of Primary schools in the districts of Hyderabad. In these connections 30 primary teachers were constituted as the sample of the study. Interviews were conducted on the Primary school Teachers of Government / Public and Private School Teachers in order to collect the data about Time Management of teachers and the Performance of the students. A qualitative research design was used to collect data from the sample.
The study is set to know, analyze, and finally realize the reading habits of the students at Dalian University of Technology (DUT), specifically the English language (L2). The study aims to find out the reading habits of the students. Five-point Likert scale questionnaire was made to investigate the participants’ general attitudes towards reading and their reading preferences. 12000 questionnaires were distributed out of which 641 were returned after being filled in. The data collected through the questionnaire were analyzed using SPSS Statistics 20 program. It is made out of the conducted survey that the students at DUT have healthy reading habits and their attitude towards reading is positive. Moreover, it is made out that the reading habits of the students have a remarkable impact on their academic performances. The research in the end has made some suggestions and recommendations to foster reading habits and attitudes among university students for better language proficiency.
This study is aimed at examining the use of teacher reflective practices in future professional development. The research was conducted to assess the effectiveness of educators' reflective behaviors on prospective teachers. After completing their under-graduation/ graduation degree from the distance teacher education programs, how much they will be professionally developed to use reflective practices effectively. Here, particularly the effectiveness of reflective practices of teacher educators for the professional development of future teachers has been investigated. For this survey, the researcher has used a five-point Likert scale, interview, classroom observation, and one-way Chi-square test. The study concludes with recommendations and implications based on the findings. For this investigation, the population is all the distance teacher educators’ program from all the public universities in Sindh. The researcher selected 595 prospective teachers as a sample purposefully and 32 teacher educators for classroom observation.

To find out the students’ attitudes towards reading was the main aim of the study. The participants’ general attitudes towards reading and their reading preferences were investigated through a survey based on a descriptive research design. From the population of 1200 Graduate (Masters/M.Phil.) students, a sample of 641 were selected using random sampling. The data collected by the questionnaire were analyzed by SPSS Statistics 20 program using mean, median, standard deviation, Cronbach’s alpha, and graphical representation. The survey shows that the students of the Dalian University of Technology had healthy reading habits and they had a positive attitude towards reading. Also, it was found that students' reading habits had a significant impact on students' academic performance. Later, the results were discussed. Finally, this study put forward some suggestions to cultivate the reading habits and attitudes of college students and improve their language level. A few of those suggestions are; the teachers should encourage students in participating in reading activities; Parents should promote reading culture at home; the school administration/library should provide all the required materials for reading; Lastly, the students should take reading as a hobby.
