The article provides information on the concept of assessing the resource of power elements of the design of a specialized armored vehicle during testing and its adjustment to the standards of NATO member states. It involves the implementation of simulated mathematical modeling with an evaluation of the static and dynamic characteristics of the vehicle's power structure. When simulating fatigue damage of a structure, the hypothesis of a linear damage summation rule is used to more reliably determine the life of a vehicle. During field tests the use of modern hardware and software for measuring the actual characteristics of loading a car when driving on different types of roads is proposed.
The paper proposes an integrated approach to determining long-term trends in quantitative indicators of reliability of Mi-8MSB-V and Mi-8MT(MTV) helicopter systems by specialty and their impact on the operational reliability of helicopters. An integrated approach consists in determining the impact of the reliability of helicopter systems on the operational performance of helicopters: the mean time between failures, the average failure rate parameter, the probability of helicopter flight reliability per hour, and the maximum allowable indicative levels of helicopter reliability indicators. The reliability of functional systems for helicopter specialties was determined: helicopter and engine, aviation armament, aviation equipment, radio-electronic equipment based on statistical data on helicopter malfunctions for the period between 2017 and 2021. Proposals have been developed to determine the maximum allowable indicative levels of helicopter reliability indicators based on information about the technical condition during military operation, which will allow adjusting the terms of maintenance, repair, life extension and provide for areas for the modernization of aviation equipment. For an in-depth analysis of the causes of malfunctions and the development of recommendations for their elimination, it is necessary to supplement the information provided in the fault record sheets with information on the number of aircraft, the flight time of which takes into account the developed recommendations for improving the system for collecting operational information on the reliability of the aircraft and its reflection in the fault record sheets. In order to objectively take into account, the impact of aviation armament on the reliability of helicopter engines, it is necessary to provide information on the helicopters flight time using the functional systems of aviation armament. Recommendations are given to improve the reliability of the least reliable elements of helicopter systems.
In order to maintain the airworthiness of aircraft in service with our country, there is an urgent need to provide consumable components. Since 2015, experimental operation of aviation tires produced by the companies REDSOUN (Republic of India), QINGAO AOTAI RUBBER CO.LIMITED (People's Republic of China) and STOMIL-POZNAN S.A. (Republic of Poland) has been carried out on aircraft of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and helicopters of the army aviation of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in order to determine the possibility and justify the decision on the admission of these aviation tires to regular operation.Despite the extensive experience in the production of AT, the problems of theoretical and experimental research of their operational indicators remain quite relevant for modern aviation today and are subject to consideration.The spectrum of tire operationin various areas of application, the composition and design of modern aviation tires, typical types of tread wear, dependences of changes in load and speed over time and distance during flight, and dependences of temperature changes in different modes of free rolling of the tire are considered. The effect of insufficient pressure and overload on the shear forces and parameters of all take-offs and landings of the aircraft on which the tires are installed is determined.An analysis of the characteristics oftire operation, depending on the number of flights before removing the tires, on the ground speed during take-off, and on the weight of the aircraft was carried out.Statistical analysis of the influence of operational factors on the number of flights before tire removal due to wear and tear and the development of recommendations for the maximum use of resource indicators of aviation tires allow to determine mathematical dependencies that describe the influence of certain operational factors on the wear and tear of aviation tires.The studies of the influence of operational factors on the wear of aviation tires during the experimental operation allowed to determine the possibilities and substantiate the decision to admit aviation tires 610x185 model 1A produced by the company REDSOUN (Republic of India) to regular operation on L-39 aircraft of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine were conducted.
This paper presents the theoretical interpretation and design of algorithm for ergonomic evaluation of flight technical gear (FTG) by aviation-related personnel of the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine during their daily operation and the testing by expert group. The main scientific result of the study is the substantiation of theoretical and methodological provisions of the author's concept of armament and military equipment (AME) ergonomic evaluation. Urgency of the research is to consider the algorithm for formalization, calculation and analysis of expert evaluations. The aim of the work is to design an algorithm for assessing the quality of AME samples at all stages of the life cycle and, above all, in testing and flight service evaluation (operations of technical diagnosis, maintenance (maintenance checkout) and repair, ability to organize proper operation) to summarize the results of biased and unbiased methods, which will provide the most complete assessment of the quality of AME products. The designed algorithms will simplify the work and reduce the cost of preparing and establishing formal assessments of the test object, means of collecting, converting and providing information for the protocols and the test report. The features of works algorithmization specified in the research should be taken into account when choosing information-methodical approaches, on the basis of which test methods will be built. The designed algorithm for calculating the ergonomic evaluation method of FTG can be used to determine a comprehensive and reliable assessment of the characteristics of the test object according to statistical criteria with accepted probability.
A large part of BMP-2 Infantry Fighting Vehicles needs to replace turret ball bearing rings. Under realization of replacement of spare parts and components made in Russia with domestic ones, KNVO "Fort" MVO Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine made an experimental batch of balls for turret ball bearing rings of infantry fighting vehicles BMP type. As a result of modernization of a turret ball bearing ring, steel balls were replaced with balls made of composite material. A turret ball bearing is a large radial thrust bearing, cages of which are turret races. A stabile lower race is fixed by means of screws to a top of the vehicle‟s hull. Above the fixed race there is a movable upper race to which the turret is bolted. A method for assessing the reliability of turret ball bearing rings of military armored vehicles was developed. The results of tests of turret ball bearing rings of BMP-2 infantry fighting vehicle tower are given. The reliability of turret ball bearing rings of armored vehicles was assessed taking into account the damage to the balls. The main types of damage to the balls: non-compliance of balls average diameter and non-compliance of the spherical shape of the ball to the requirements of operating documentation. The impact of the probability of no-failure operation of the balls on the durability of the ball bearing is determined. It is necessary to take into account the presence of damage to the balls when determining the durability of the ball bearing. To validate the adequacy of the method, it is necessary to increase the test time of the ball bearing by conducting tests during its operation.
