The task of the teachers in addition to educating students, they also have a standard of achieving performance targets given by the school. The heavy workload makes the need for good self-regulation on the individual. Self-regulation is related to a series of planning actions that are directed towards realizing the achievement of targets that can improve performance. This training brings emotional intelligence as a variable that can improve self-regulation in elementary primary school teachers. The research design is a one group pre-posttest experimental design. The number of participants who took part in the training was 13 people. The results of this study show that there is a positive correlation of emotional intelligence in improving self-regulation in elementary school teachers
Marketing strategies in e-commerce have a main goal, that is to pursue customer loyalty. Sociolla is an e-commerce company that sells cosmetic products and has a recommendation feature to make it easier for customers during the shopping process. These recommendations can trigger customer satisfaction and generate loyalty. The purpose of this study was to examine the correlation between online product recommendation and customer loyalty with product brokering efficiency as a mediator. 179 Sociolla customers were recruited in this study using convenience sampling. The data were analyzed using the SPSS-Process Hayes model 4. Results showed that perceived decision quality acts as a mediator in the relationship between enablers and customer loyalty (β = .20, [ .13; .27]). It can be concluded that recommendations that are comprehensive, clear, and meet the customer needs will make it easier for customers to make purchasing decisions, which ultimately leads the customers to form loyalty toward the products.
Analisa jabatan merupakan sebuah proses untuk menggali informasi secara sistematis terkait pekerjaan yang harus dilaksanakan oleh seorang pemangku jabatan. Analisa jabatan akan menghasilkan uraian pekerjaan, termasuk kompetensi-kompetensi yang dibutuhkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melakukan ulasan (review) atas uraian pekerjaan yang dimiliki oleh pegawai Divisi Sarana Produksi dan Pengembangan Areal di PT. X, serta menentukan kompetensi perilaku yang dibutuhkan oleh pemangku jabatan. Metode yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif, dengan menggunakan wawancara dan studi literatur. Melalui penelitian ini, peneliti merumuskan perbaikan uraian tanggung jawab, serta 4 kompetensi perilaku yang dibutuhkan pada sampel jabatan.
Increasing productivity has always been an important issue in the context of management. Efforts in this direction are often demands that cause occupational stress, so that a counterproductive situation may occur. Quality of Work Life (QWL) is one of the hot issues that arise to neutralize stressful conditions by creating a more comfortable and more humane working climate. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) as an intervention can be expected to function as a supporting system. The assessment was conducted for 67 employees. The questionnaire, interview, FGD, and SWOT analysis methods are used in all three stages, the pre-assessment stage, the assessment stage, and the intervention stage. From the Occupational Inventory Stress-Revised (Osipow, 1998), there are four most significant stressor areas and personal resources that are underutilized in managing stressors. The intervention program is directed at curative and preventive services through the EAP design.
Kementerian Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) telah menetapkan tata nilai atau core values baru sebagai simbol transformasi yang akan akan diimplementasikan oleh seluruh perusahaan di bawah Kementerian BUMN. Tata nilai atau core values tersebut adalah AKHLAK. Sebagai salah satu bagian usaha dari BUMN, PT. SIL tentunya akan menerapkan aturan yang ditetapkan oleh Kementrian BUMN. Saat ini salah satu perubahan yang dialami adalah perubahan pada evaluasi kerja karyawan yang telah diatur dalam SKD No. 053/2020. Penelitian dilakukan selama empat bulan. Metode yang digunakan dalam peneltian ini adalah peneltian kualitatif berupa studi kasus. Metode pengambilan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan meninjau dokumen yang bersumber dari Website serta dokumen yang diberikan oleh Biro SDM PT. SIL untuk selanjutnya dilakukan analisa jabatan. Hasil yang didapatkan pada penelitian ini berupa penyusunan evaluasi jabatan yaitu job grading serta langkah-langkah pendekatan untuk dapat menerapkan sistem baru sesuai dengan aturan yang telah ditetapkan. Metode Hay System yang digunakan untuk menentukan grading dalam evaluasi jabatan yang dilakukan adalah dengan ”Hay Guide Matrix Elements” terhadap Job Description & Job Qualification Requirement yang sedang dievaluasi melalui analisa jabatan.
