Objective: to generalize the method of using integral exercises for the development of the physical qualities of aykidists at the initial training stage. Material: young aikidists, 11-13 years old, took part in the study. They were involved in the youth sports club of the Kherson Regional Aikido Federation. All tests that were used in the study were divided into two groups. Tests to determine overall physical fitness were aimed at the demonstration of speed-strength abilities, agility, strength and flexibility by young athletes. Tests to determine the special physical fitness of young aikidists were aimed at the manifestation of special coordination readiness, speed and strength of the upper shoulder girdle, special endurance and strength of the lower extremities Results: the training method consisted of various complexes of integral exercises, which were used both in the preparatory part of the training, and in the main and final ones. Absolutely for all tests that determine general physical fitness, the level of increase in average results ranges from 5% to 35%. Moreover, the greatest changes were recorded in the indices of the test: bending forward from a sitting position: 35.1%, and the smallest for a long jump from the spot: 4.8%. Conclusions: the correct and rational use of various means and methods for the development of physical qualities allows you to effectively influence the level of physical fitness of young aykidists and makes it possible for them to achieve the highest possible level of skill. In modern aikido, only a rational combination of all sides of preparedness will allow to achieve significant results. A promising direction for further research is the synthesis of the physical and technical training of young akidists using integral exercises.
The goal was to study the psycho-emotional sphere and substantiate the methodology of mental training for shooters. Material and methods: the study involved 12 rifle and pistol shooters of the Kherson Higher School of Physical Education. Among them are athletes with qualifications of the second, first categories, candidates for Master of Sports and Master of Sports of Ukraine. The study continued during 2018-2019. In the course of the research, the method of mental training of shooters was introduced. The results proved that the means of mental training had a positive effect on the state of the nervous system of shooters. Sensory motor responses were superior in less experienced athletes. So, for shooters of the CCM level and below, the results are better than those of the masters of sports: 1) according to the tapping test for 0.75 ms, 2) according to the reaction to a light stimulus for 12.5 ms, c) according to the reaction to a sound stimulus to 55 5 ms. The degree of training according to the Schulte table was high among all shooters, but slightly higher among the masters of sports (by 0.05). A rather high indicator of emotional excitability was found in shooters of masters of sports. Among the representatives of this group were persons with different types of temperament. Basically, the sanguine type prevailed, based on a strong, balanced, mobile type of the nervous system. For the representatives of the second group, which included candidates for masters of sports and first-class athletes, this indicator was at an average level. In our opinion, this is due to the fact that the representatives of this group had persons with a predominantly phlegmatic type of temperament. Conclusions: mental training had a positive effect on the level of mental processes and emotional sphere of shooters. On the basis of the data obtained on the mental sphere of shooters, it was established that these indicators were at high and sufficient levels.
The article reveals and analyzes the content of physical training of rowers-academics of two schools of higher sportsmanship: Kherson and Dnipro in the preparatory period. The training programs included exercises in gyms with different weights, namely lying down, squats with a barbell; rowing on an ergometer; long distance running. The magnitude of the training load, the intensity of training was determined by coaches depending on the condition of the athlete. Changes in the indicators of physical fitness of these athletes were studied. It is proved that after the training camp in the preparatory period of training rowers-academics the result on the rowing ergometer Concept 2 increased and the growth rate in the national team of Dnipro SHVSM was 1.2%, and in the national team of Kherson SHVSM 0.7%. According to the test, the thrust of the barbell lying - in the national team of the Dnieper SHVSM 11.7%, and in the national team of the Kherson SHVSM 27.8%. A promising area of further work is to study the features of technical training of rowers-academics. The need for targeted training in the training process from the stage of preliminary basic training to higher sports skills requires finding the best options for training planning in each age group and for different periods and stages of the annual cycle. The experience of the past years shows that the process of development of sports results in rowing is organically connected with the improvement of the physical fitness of the rower, but the reserves in this direction are not yet exhausted.
