The article analyzes the definitions of "formal" and "non- formal" education as varieties of lifelong learning in the context of foreign and Ukrainian scholars. The meaningful field of "lifelong education" in the coordinates of interdisciplinary research and basic approaches and interpretations of scientists is outlined. The essential characteristics of formal, non-formal and informal education are determined; their priorities and key differences that distinguish them from one another: formal education from non-formal education (alternative to formal education). The difference between information education is that it is not institutionalized, but also in terms of: term of study, age, gender, regional, religious, as well as the right to choose an educational institution or educational institution, field of training and specialty, educational and educational - professional programs.
Article is devoted to questions of formation and development of the higher vocational school of the information competence defined as a basic component of information culture. The author of the provisions which account in student teaching will promote realization of an effective technique of system application of information and communication technologies and achievement of the objectives of high school education locate.
Phase composition and microstructure of the doping alloy obtained by regenerative smelting of technogenic wastes were studied. This is necessary to determine technological characteristics that increase the degree of extraction of doping elements during the processing of technogenic raw materials and subsequent use of the alloying material. It was determined that at a Si:C atomic ratio in the charge at a level of 0.05-0.19 (O:C atomic ratio is 1.25), a solid solution of carbon and doping elements in γ-Fe, Fe 3 Si, and Fe 5 Si 3 was found in the alloy. At Si:C atomic ratio at a level of 0.05 in the alloy, a solid solution of carbon and alloying elements in γ-Fe was dominating with a weak manifestation of Fe 3 Si. When the value of Si:C atomic ratio was increased to 0.09, Fe 5 Si 3 was found together with Fe 3 Si. A gradual increase in Si:C atomic ratio to 0.09, 0.12, and 0.19 led to a higher manifestation of Fe 3 Si and Fe 5 Si 3. The microstructure of the alloy in the entire studied range of Si:C ratio values in the charge was characterized by the presence of several phases with different contents of doping elements. The content of elements in the studied areas (at. %) was 1
In this article we developed the concept of design and technological activities. We tested the need to develop design competence in educational process of the Faculty of Law of the National Economic University with 50 teachers and 200 students of the Faculty comprising Law, International Law, Law Enforcement, Social Work, and Psychology. Design competence is knowledge for preparation of pedagogical projects and their implementation, developed in the educational process. The current stage is characterized by globalization of problems requiring involvement of the world community, changes the paradigm of education, posing new challenges to the educational sphere. Accelerating pace of socio-economic development requires to plan and evaluate life and professional prospects. It becomes important for teachers to learn how to design pedagogical reality, predict the consequences of its transformations and teach students to build their lives on the basis of design. These trends urge the problem of design, make it interdisciplinary, exceptionally large-scale and pressing. Promising areas for development of design and technological activities include: identification of new patterns and principles of pedagogical design; identification of new factors and conditions for successful operation and development of design activities; development of theoretical background for training, retraining and advanced training of personnel in the field of pedagogical design; detailed development of methodological and technological support of the pedagogical design process; improvement of the qualimetric tools of design activity. Verification of the concept against the background of the identified set of pedagogical conditions showed an increase in the efficiency of design and technological activities.
In the article, based on the analysis of scientific sources, the State standard for the training of students of the second (master's) level of higher education in the specialty 011 Educational, pedagogical sciences, the field of knowledge 01 Education / Pedagogy, and the Professional standard "Head (director) of a general secondary education institution", the expediency of training specialists is determined on managing the quality of education based on the competence approach. The definitive apparatus for the researched issue is outlined, the meaning of key concepts is clarified: "quality of education", "management of the quality of education", "head (principle) of a general secondary education institution", "competence approach". It is clarified that integral, general and special competences are important for the training of managers for general secondary education institutions based on the competence approach. The most important professional competences are outlined as follows: strategic management of an educational institution, strategic personnel management, ensuring the quality of educational activities and the functioning of the internal system of ensuring the quality of education; leadership, emotional and ethical competence, social and network partnership; health-saving, design, innovative, informational, and digital competence. Educational components for their formation have been designed. A conclusion was made about the importance of training in the conditions of the master's degree on the basis of the competence approach of specialists in the management of the quality of education, who, as heads, will be able to improve the quality of domestic general secondary education, which does not yet meet modern global indicators.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
